We have nothing but all praises for King Gorgasali Hotel. Everything was perfect that we even decided to extend our stay. The hotel is charming with interiors combining culture and aesthetic. We are so happy to have been upgraded to bigger room. Service is very welcoming impeccable, checking on us from time to time making sure that we are enjoying our stay. They also went into lengths to arrange for me a relaxing massage in my room. Thank you Alex and Aram, you guys are amazing! The lady in the hotel restaurant is also cheerful, a great way to start our day. Location is perfect, every attractions, restaurants, activities and supermarkets are just minutes away. Nothing.

Booking with King Gorgasali Hotel made our Tbilisi experience wonderful. The hotel looks grand, the lobby is cozy, and smells great. The staffs at the reception are awesome. They are warm, accommodating and friendly and really goes out of their way to help us make our stay comfortable. Many thanks to Alex, Aram and the 2 other ladies. The rooms are really clean, though ours was a little bit cramped due to our big luggages. the breakfast buffet is also commendable, it is fresh and delicious. Above all, the location is excellent. It is very convenient to go around the city and near/walking distance to most tourist spots. If I will go back in the future, I will definitely book with them again. ? I have nothing negative to say. Everything was great. I just hope the rooms are a little bigger.

I think I'd give the place good ratings just for the niceness of the staff and the location. They are always super welcoming and super nice. I was tired one night and a lady from staff tried her best to offer me solutions to become better. I did not like the fact that the room I got no matter what time of day it is, is super dark. It is kind of depressing to have the lights on at 7am in the morning just to be able to see. not sure how the room was designed but deff i will not chose this one. The rooms are so close to each other that you can hear EVERYTHING in the room next to you and i mean EVERYTHING.

The breakfast was very limited to few types of food, they don't refill the food plates.

Great location, beautiful balcony views and generally very friendly staff. On one of the days there was no hot water for a shower which is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was not good and very basic for a country known for its good food. Room layout and furnishings were challenging and bathroom was small. Facility is not handicap/stroller accessible. There are stairs at the front entrance where you need to carry your luggage up. They have another door at ground level, however, it’s locked regularly and some of the staff were unwilling to open it.

To get in and out of the hotel you need to take the stairs and with a baby stroller it's very difficult. (you can ask the frontdesk to open the door from the resturant but it can be annoying after the first time)

Location. Bed was so comfortable. Not too hard, not too soft. Hot shower. Super friendly staff. Full buffet breakfast. Clean! The only issue we had was the A/C hadn't been turned on yet. Our room windows faced the sun and it was 27 in our room during the day. They provided a fan and we kept the window open at night.

The hotel was really clean and staff were lovely and ready to solve any problem (which there were none). The location is also good we walked mostly everywhere from there!
