The hotel is a bit outdated. The booking stated that check-in was at 12:00 PM, but we couldn't get in until 2:00 PM. The shower had no curtain and there was no bath mat, so water splashed everywhere. To make matters worse, there was no water at all on our final day, so we couldn't even take a shower before leaving.

It's a nice place to stay. Everything went well and the staff was helpful. No balcony for smokers, must take stairs to get outside.

It is mentioned that there is parking available, I was filtering results by it, as it was very important for me, but it turned out they offered parking in the Galleria mall that costs 3 GEL per hour approx 1usd an hour in the daytime, and 1GEl an hour in the nighttime, which turns out to be quite expensive and made some headache for me. I asked the stuff about what other options are there, but they just said Galleria is the only way and also outside wherever you find a spot. Terrible experience. Also there are problems with soundproofness

This hotel has an excellent location in the heart of the city, facing a small, quiet green park. The interior design shows a clear influence from the theater with which it shares its entrance. Our first impression was very positive, even though it was hard to pinpoint exactly why. The hotel has three storeys but no elevator. We didn’t mind this, but it’s something guests should be aware of in advance.

Nice and quiet — perfect for a little late-night freshening up in the shiny bathroom before some backdoor fun. The bed was soft as hell, just right for getting freaky all night. Also great if you need a quick pit stop to a room for some fast, filthy rainbow rodeo — no questions asked.

location, definitely it was very uncomfortable that the double bed consisted of two single beds, we were falling between them while sleeping

Excellent location, close to all the nightlife and activities in Tbilisi. Helpful staff as well. I'll definitely stay here again :) There was no room service for the 4 nights that we were there.

The hotel's location is great, next to Liberty Square, behind the mall. We got a message with detailed instructions so it was easy to find. The room was very clean and comfy, and on top of the theater's stage. You could hear the show at night but I guess that's part of the experience! There's also no elevator so you have to go up the stairs. The staff was polite and let us leave our luggage after checkout.

It was so bad we left after one night even though we had booked for four nights. There were insects in the room. I would like my money back.

The only saving grace about this property is the location. The property is decaying and half of the thing in our room doesnt work. The water heater and the keattle is busted even after informing the front desk several times.

Stuff was very friendly. Some don't speak English but you can easily manage communication with google translate. It's everything you need in the heart of the city centre. Location is superb. I couldn't pay with card but probably because I checked out before 10.00.
