There was a issue with getting checked in when our flight arrived in the middle of the night, but it was not the hosts fault. He tried to leave the outside door open for us but someone locked it before we got in so we slept in the car for the first night. The host did not charge us for that night and let us check in in the morning. The location is a decent walk from the more attractive areas of Tbilisi. It is walkable and safety was not a concern.

We loved the view from the roof, the good AC, the clean bathroom and the reasonable price. Parking was on the street, no issues. Door was a bit hard to open and close but once you know how to it’s not that bad. Owner only takes cash which is a bit annoying as this wasn’t communicated beforehand.

Excellent location with view over all of Tbilisi. Has a rooftop which you can use at night to enjoy the nightlights of the city. Room had lots of natural light and was clean. Very friendly hosts.

The place was really nice. Definitely worth it. Clean,safe and very close to all places. It's easier to find on bolt app. Will definitely go back again.

Great roof top view. Excellent greeting. They even helped to change my flat tyre early in the morning with pleasure. Room was very comfy. Toilet and bath were excellent. Overall its worth for more than i paid. Will book the same stay if i have to come Tbilisi again. Thanks so much ❤️
