The location is pleasant, very close to historic places. No Hotel cleaning services for the 3 days I spent there. They mentioned that clean room every 7 days

Such an amazing stay. We were greeted by the sweet receptionist. She was truly kind and helped us even get taxi. The location is also perfect. There was nothing. Can’t wait to come back.

The location is actually good but you'll need to go up a slight incline when you think city's attraction points on your way back to hotel. Not a minus point, just a heads up.

The hotel is very clean and most importantly the staff are extremely nice and professional. I had actually lost my wallet at the hotel and they managed to contact me to let me know they found it which i appreciate so much. Overall I loved the stay there, highly recommended!!

It’s really nice hotel. Good location, close to metro station and old Tbilisi with lots of shops around. Only 2 min walk there is a beautiful church-cathedral, huge territory with parks and lots of green. Interior of the hotel is also modern and has nice furniture and big rooms. On the 5th floor there is a terrace with a nice view on a city. Breakfast is also delicious, doesn’t have huge variety, but same time got everything you would eat for breakfast. Staff is nice and friendly. After staying in various hotels in Tbilisi, this one made a really good impression, definitely will come back! Everything was fine, but only one thing, WiFi was slow

It was a new property . So very clean and good ambience The staff was mostly rude. The people at the reception were fine but rest of us the staff gave a very cold / negative vibe.

Comfortable, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and very accommodative if you have some health problems or preferences. Convenient location, close to old city and main attractions. There is a coffee shop in the same location where you can get coffee and delicious dessert, also soup, salad and more. Would be good to have coffee machine and different milk for breakfast. But there is a coffee shop in the same location where you can get coffee.

Very good hotel. The room size is OK. Tv with youtube and heating are available. Ground is covered by wall to wall carpet. The bed is comfortable. High level of cleaning. Hotel is located at the heart of the city and is close to everywhere in the center. Many shops and supermarkets are located in the near vicinity of the hotel. Kind and helpful staff, speaking many languages and even informing about availability of your room before the check-in time. Hotel has a very pleasant terrace floor also. You can hear voices from the toilet of next room

I had the pleasure of staying at the Orden Hotel for three days, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and ensured my stay was comfortable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, offering a mix of modern elegance with a cozy, home-like atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had restful nights after a day of exploring. The bathroom was pristine, with plenty of fresh towels and high-quality toiletries. breakfast—delicious, fresh, and offered a great variety of options to start the day. The location of the hotel was ideal for my trip. It was close to several key attractions, and I found it easy to get around. The staff were also incredibly helpful in recommending great local spots to visit. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during my time in Georgia. The Orden Hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Same breakfast for all the days
