The location was great for exploring the city, and overall the hotel offered excellent value for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

მშვენიერი ადგილია, ძალიან სუფთა და საუკეთესო პერსონალით Nice place, very clean and one of the best staff I've ever seen.

Staff were really friendly, it was a 10/10 experience

The breakfast was good in general but could've more choices or different menus everyday . The room was too small , unlike in the picture .

I liked the neighborhood it was in, but it is very much uphill. The room was spacious The views are not what you get from the picture. The breakfast was fine. The bathroom stayed damp the whole time.

good location receptionist Dimitry was very unhelpful. we were a couple staying in a room with a double bed. they only provided one towel, no bathmat, a single bed sheet, a kettle but no cups. the room was so small that we couldn't open both our suit cases in it. when I asked Dimitry for another sheet, towel and cups he had a negative attitude and made me feel like i was bothering him..i asked Dimitry for locations of laundromats. Dimitry said that there arent any laundromats in tblisi and instead gave me a form to complete for the washing to be done by an external provider. we gave Dimitry a bag of washing on the evening of the 23rd June and said that it was essential that the washing be collected on the morning of the 24th June and returned by the evening of the 24th June as we were leaving the hotel on the morning of the 25th.June. on the evening of the 24th,June, we discovered that Dimitry had not arranged for our washing to be collected and therefore it had not been washed. the receptionist on that night said that he would wash the clothes in the hotel machine. which he did However he then proceeded to charge us 247 lari for the bag of washing. At our hotel in Batumi they only charged us 15 lari for the same amount of washing. we returned to the hotel on the 1st of July. I complained about the cost of the washing and asked for a refund. the receptionist spoke to the manager of the hotel and she refused to refund us even though it was an outrageous amount of money ,more than the cost of a nights stay at the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was on a small group tour and many people in the group had similar complaints. I am hoping that the group tour will not continue to use this hotel in the future.

The price is okay, the breakfast is okay, that mean its good to start the day with basic breakfast The room is small, there is bad smell from the bath, there is no real service the receptionests are not there or sleeping, the TV didnt work, the bed sheets not clean.

Staff, breakfast, comfortable beds. TV didn’t work, it was cold, the air conditioner did’t work in warm mode. I asked for 3 days to look at what was wrong with the TV and only on the 3rd day they told me that no one uses it and it doesn’t work in the whole hotel.

The vieww amazinggg That its on the hills

Just one thing to note: the road to the hotel is uphill and can be tiring even for young people. Keep this in mind if you are an older traveler or have physical limitations. As for the downsides: the rooms could use some cosmetic renovation, and there was a sewage smell in the bathroom. However, the cleaning ladies were kind enough to provide air freshener. Breakfast was a bit sparse/basic, but it was okay.

The staff are outstanding — genuinely friendly, polite, and always eager to help. The hotel and room design are stylish and well thought out. There is an elevator, which adds to the overall comfort and convenience. It was very dusty. There is no heating, so we had to keep the air conditioner running constantly, which made the air uncomfortably dry. The room feels a bit worn out and could really use some cosmetic renovation.

Bathroom was okay, the room has balcony. The staff was nice. We stayed four nights. Dust was coming from everywhere. We were really uncomfortable about that. Even though they cleaned the room, I believe they didn’t change the sheets or anything. The duvet cover was not buttoned. My room was on the same floor as the cafeteria, so there was noise at one night. The breakfast was bad. I couldn’t find anything proper to eat. There was no goodbye when we checked out, that’s also sad.

Nice view The hotel was very quiet, allowing for a good night’s sleep. The bed and bedding were comfortable. Common areas were generally clean. Access to the main road is about a 10-minute walk if you don’t mind the uphill location. The reception experience was mixed. One staff member (with long blond hair) was not very welcoming at first, while another staff member with dark, slightly curly hair was friendlier and more helpful. The room was smaller than expected based on the photos. Slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not provided. Upon arrival, I noticed the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, with visible stains in the toilet. Housekeeping responded, but communication was difficult due to limited English, and the cleaning method relied mainly on disinfectant spray rather than thorough scrubbing, which did not fully resolve the issue during my stay. The hotel is located on a steep hill, which can make returning at night or in bad weather a bit challenging. Breakfast had limited variety, with only minor changes from day to day. On the last night, I noticed that the position of my shoes and suitcase had changed while I was out. Although nothing was missing, I informed the reception and asked for the security cameras to be checked, but there was no follow-up.
