Best Western Plus Texarkana Inn & Suites

Front Desk staff efficient and helpful.

Our room felt clean and spacious with the tall ceilings. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast was a good selection and slightly different variations the 2 mornings we were there. Beds and pillows could be comfier and the shower/bathtub could use some work. Overall good stay!

They are seriously lacking towels.

We booked a King Suite with Sofa. The first one we were issued the sofa cushions were totally falling apart and sofa was dirty with dirty spots that had not been cleaned. Before putting our luggage in this unacceptabke room we went the front desk. I asked to be moved to a room in better shape and the desk clerk appologized and said it was appox 4:30 not all guests had checked in so as an an attempt to solve the problem he moved us into another King Ste but again the sofa cushions were coming apart however it wasn't as dirty. The bathroom tile grout was dirty, the 2 towels they provided were small, thin & mismatched. We had pre-paid for the room so really had no recourse other than to spend the night. We paid $159 incl tax for a room in the worst condition we have stayed at in years. This Best Western Plus should be rated & priced in the budget class hotels rather than mid-range and are a disgrace to the Best Western locations that still show pride. I hope this isn't an indicator this entire chain is going down-hill. I doubt if we will ever book with this brand again as there are too many other mid-range chains like Holiday Inn, Fairfield Inn, Drury, Hampton and Hilton all which consistently deliver a pleasant clean room & amentities for a fair price and are a good choice in an overnight stay on road trips.

It was pk, average. Nothing great, Nothing terrible.

Comfy beds, great breakfast lots of variety. Clean rooms and nice staff. Easy highway access, close to restaurants no traffic noise.

The bed was the worst bed. Very hard, every rib felt it. Last two nights I was there I couldn’t sleep because the bed was so hard.

Phenomenal stay as always!

Pool down. Rooms are clean but could spot where there were renovation in bathroom. Asked for handicapped room, did not receive. No bars in bathroom. Overall, breakfast was great and clean

New property Breakfast was weak.

It had a weird smell, and they tolerated way too much noise in the pool area too late at night. People blaring music by the pool well past 9pm is unacceptable.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was okay. Parking was good. Property was pretty well maintain. Biggest complaint is that the bed was very uncomfortable, so my sleep was poor, which my main purpose of being there is to get a good night sleep while away from home.

Good, clean room. Good breakfast and coffee. Good value!

Arrival reception & room excellent, shower floor in handicapped room was dangerously slippery, breakfast great, side entrance door did not work with key card (said it doesn’t work at times, very unhandy for the handicapped room we were staying in)

The shower head was awful small and weak. If you are short you barely get water on you. The TV lacked decent channels. Positives - the staff was great!

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was very nice, the breakfast was good, nothing to complain about.
