Every single surface in the room was a biohazard. There were mysterious, stomach-turning stains everywhere—on the couches, the curtains, the walls, and all over the floors. But the absolute breaking point was the pull-out couch. We pulled it out only to find a massive, disgusting stain sprawled across the mattress. It looked like a crime scene. If zero stars was an option that would be my choice.

However, the staff has A1 customer service. Onkur took care of all of our needs. I would recommend waiting until it is renovated to stay here.

The sleeper sofa was filthy and stained. The room smelled moldy. The breakfast staff were inattentive, trash cans overflowing not being emptied. One woman working had her pajamas on still and seemed annoyed when asked if she could refill the apple juice and make more coffee. The staff didn’t attempt to clean floors or tables between guests were were dining. On the outside of the premises there were multiple light fixtures that needed to be secured to the ceiling again. This property is unkempt and unloved

The moment you walk in, the building smells like rotten/ old building. The walls, carpet and furniture are filthy and no ac running. The beds smell like urine. I’m not sure where the high ratings are coming from but RUN.

2. The hotel was under repair 3. Our room (422) was in deplorable shape, missing two (2) cushions on the sofa. 4. Handle missing on the dresser 5. No extra blankets. 6. Light bulb burned out.

Horrible stay we ended up making a plate on the floor to be comfortable the beds was the worst ines I ever slept on. We checked out early but was denied a refund booked for multiable days but only stayed 1 night so lost out on the money for 2 days we booked for 3 days. There was no curtain on the window so light was in the room like daytime at night. We of booked somewhere else if we didn’t get in so late the first night. Also wired smell and dehumidifiers every in the building we ac units next to the office looks like they was going to remodel but didn’t also the description says queen beds it was full size beds not gueens

The staff refused to honor the price I paid Expedia, and upcharged me for a room with two beds, even after I showed them my booking receipt on email. The floors in the room were dirty, mold in the tub, and paint off the walls. Would never stay here again.
