Nothing. They were very rude staff, they had bed bugs and the room wasn't cleaned. The bed wasn't cleaned and the carpet wasn't vacuumed. They said you have to ask for a clean up. I really wanted to ask for my money back because of the bed bugs.. Also the toilet was bagged up..

I HATED IT. They had bed bugs. I paid for three nights. I told the owner that they had bed bugs and showed photos and he acted like he couldn't move my room. He got the maintenance girl to come look and she said "I don't give a fuck what they said at the office, you need a new room" and so they switched us to a room that was SO nasty and ALSO had freaking bed bugs!!!!!!! I called Booking.coms customer service and told them and we had already told them downstairs. I spoke to the owner and told him the new room was not acceptable and that booking.com was on the phone trying to call them at that moment. The owner told me that "whatever booking.com says I will honor" and then when the representative spoke to the owner he told them that we had accepted the room. I told the person on the phone that this was NOT TRUE and that we could not be expected to be okay with sleeping with nes bugs. I had sent pictures of the unacceptable condition of the room. I need all three days of my money refunded NOW. I did NOT stay at this hotel. I told you on the phone that the guy was LYING! I sent pictures. I contacted y'all immediately. Refund me my money. The doors need to be a little bit more secure with locking and gaps in between the door and the wall too much Gap exposure!

Not much. The card key didn’t work. The door was cracked because it couldn’t shut all the way. I had to go to the office for help because the door wouldn’t open in the cold. The wind was blowing and I thought someone was messing with the door because it was not secure.I am a heart patient and that was a little much going on wrong for me. I wanted to shower but I wouldn’t dare step inside if it. The whole bathroom needs a bleach bath. The whole property needs to be remodeled. And I would not recommend Country Inn to anyone I know. It is best to go see before purchasing a room. However, too eaches own.

There really wasn’t anything good besides the location being close to better hotels It was dirty, the door didn’t lock right or shut properly. And there was tape holding the upper latch lock… The staff was rude and unwilling to help… We felt unsafe… Didn’t offer another room… Couldn’t even stay there as had to pay more money for a different hotel… Would like my money back but I know they won’t because they wouldn’t even help with the issues… Will never stay again and will make sure others know how awful it was…
