Entire bldg was cool, bedroom was clean and comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very good with variety of breakfast options.

I love that they were pet friendly. My husband and I were greeted by staff as soon as we walked in, a very nice welcome. We really liked that the room was clean and the bed was so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. If we're ever in the area again I know where we will be staying. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows were way to soft, I would have liked them a little firm. I managed! Lol! I didn't like that we had to leave a couldn't stay one more day.

The girl at the front desk was extremely professional, kind and poised even though I had a booking.com problem. Actually I felt like her talents were wasted at that position. I hated that they had an unposted policy regarding people living within 50 miles. After I paid for a room on booking.com (140$ nonrefundable) they denied me a room.
