The hotel is probably the nicest in Texarkana. The bed was comfortable and the hotel smelled really good. Breakfast was good (and included) and the bar was decorated in a cute tiki theme. Friendly staff

The room was ok, but the carpet had a smell. Breakfast should be free for the entire family not just two members. I won’t book again.

For all intents and purposes, the hotel is a solid place to stay if you are attending a convention in Texarkana. There were only a few problems, but the staff dealt with them to the best of their ability.

No continental/complementary breakfast, which is usually for a holiday inn. However, I did know this ahead of time. It was very clean though!

The room was clean but the pillows were too big and stiff. Only one usb port in the room was in working order. At the price we paid, I expect everything to be in perfect working order. Also could use a little sound proofing between the rooms. Didn’t need to hear that.

Convenient off the interstate You hear everything…the room above us sounded like a heard of elephants at 1:30 and 2:30 AM! There was no shampoo in the shower. Conditioner and 2 body soaps
