The location is right next to the station making it very convenient. Hotel also offers a number of toiletries for you in the lobby in case you forgot anything. I also like that they are very eco conscious Not in a touristy area. More like business area. A little dirty

The rooms were really too small, almost difficult to manage.

Very convenient, located close to metro station and train station. Very quiet. Room was clean and the bed was nice and firm.

Perfect home base to explore Ueno Park, Museums, Asakusa, Ginza, Tokyo Dome and easy access to Tokyo station for the Shinkansen. Lovely staff, a welcoming space. Very clean and little touches like bath bomb type, an array of gourmet teas and free evening soup. The twin room was bigger than the double and had a little couxh Nothing to report

Nothing, a bit small with bags but like most of Japan

Location to station on arrival Never found a Fitness room in hotel

Excellant location, very clean , friendly staff

Great location, and I love that they provide a hair curler for guests to borrow. -

The hotel is very close to Ueno Station, which was extremely convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, so it was very easy to find something to eat at any time. The hotel lobby has a nice common area with free water, free tea, and a microwave for guests to use. There are also charging outlets available, which was very helpful. The staff were friendly, and they also offered luggage storage, which was a big plus. The room was a little small for two people, especially because it was hard to fully open our suitcases. However, it was still acceptable and manageable for our stay.

The location is super convenient for commuting but not best in terms of good places to eat or buy something near the hotel.

I like the self service in your pantry and the portions are enough. I also like the extra amenities that you offer and again - self service. I believe in responsible travellers and conservation of environment, so your hotel is a good representation of the "green" concept. You could improve the signage of the hotel. It have to be more bold and brigther to easily find the hotel.

Great location across the street from the Ueno Station. Safe area. Close proximity to the markets and restaurants. Free water bottles every day. Clean and modern rooms. Due to being sustainable, room cleaning wasn’t provided daily but we were provided clean towels everyday as well. All the free room amenities/toiletries that you can grab downstairs in the lobby is a plus as well. The room is so so tiny. We managed to make a double bed room work with a larger roller, small roller, two backpacks and a baby. But we often left our stroller outside the door because it was too stuffy with it inside. It was the smallest hotel room out of the 3 hotels we stayed at. I did expected though based on reviews and learning that this is common in Tokyo.

Ueno is kind of boring

Location and room facilities The room is too small

The choice of teas was exceptional. The staff were friendly and patient with us (we knew only limited Japanese). The whole place was very clean, modern, well organized and very functional.
-
Great place, had a nice lounge at the first floor to eat or just wait. Rooms on the smaller side, as everything in Tokyo.

Very cozy rooms albeit small. We struggled to pack our luggage but its par for the course with Japan hotel rooms. Location was the biggest plus as its a few stones away from the bustling Ueno station. The garbage collection was a bit confusing. We left tags on shoe boxes for disposal but they didn’t pick them up. Odd.
