Daily Change in Towels provided. Free Water on the first floor, if you don't like tap water you can go downstairs for a swig. Spacious place to put belongings. Manga available for reading. It's pretty old, do remember to air the room by opening the windows if not it WILL smell musty.

The staffs were very kind and helpful. They assisted with translation and find my way around. The place is quiet. Can sleep anytime Location is a little confusing due its corner site. I had to use GPS every time I’m coming home.

Location! Close to everything! The manager was beyond amazing! He really did so much to make us feel comfortable! Nothing! It’s small but the manager does so much to make it comfortable

The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. I really appreciated the daily clean towels, room service, fresh coffee each morning, and the option to store luggage when arriving early or leaving later. the mattress was uncomfortable and the springs could be felt. The carpet appeared worn and had an odor, and there was a lingering cigarette smell in the room, which may be an issue for non-smokers.

I loved the location. The staff were very kind and friendly.

The staff was really helpful and accomodated with my requests as much as possible! They were really patient with me despite the lange barrier!

The front desk people and the cleaners were all pretty nice and kept my room nice and up to date

Wi-Fi connection is spotty as I could not get a stable connection for more than 30 minutes. Bathrooms are small which will be problematic if you're a taller or bigger individual.

We enjoyed staying in this traditional Japanese house sleeping on futons on the tatami mats. My family of 5 were very comfortable. The house is in a nice neighborhood and close to many sights. Loved hearing the school children greeting the school master in the morning.

Room was clean, the bed was comfortable, everything was in working order. Check-in/out was easy. The staff was wonderful. Even when I got injured (not on hotel premises), the man at the desk went out of his way to figure out which clinics/hospitals were open, shared pain relief patches, and checked on my progress during the rest of my stay. Close to two train stations, 3 konbini, and tons of food options. Also: free manga to borrow in the lobby. I will definitely book here again, given the chance. I am a large person (182 cm over 90kg), so the shower was a bit small for me. But that is normal in most hotels, and they’re not all as well-run as this place.

A bit of communication matters

The location close to the train station is good, the staff are friendly and the rooms were clean. While the hotel is clean, it is a little dingy. This place was built in the 80s or 90s and has not been updated since then. The facilities are old and, at times, just a little threadbar.
