The hotel is strategically located near accessible public transport, and it's not crowded. Very calm and relaxing stay. Just 2 minutes to shin okacimachi station and bus stop. plenty of halal restaurants around. There is coin laundry, water and ice dispenser, and a microwave at ground floor. Plenty of konbinis around as well. Nothing

The hotel is really pretty. The room was lovely and comfortable. While the hotel was very close to the train and it was great having a 7-11 really close, it isn’t very close to things you’d want to do while there. You have to walk 20+ minutes or take a taxi. But it was still a nice hotel.

My room (208) was above the designated smoking area outdoors. I could strongly smell smoke any time somebody was outside.

The staff is wonderfull, super kind and helpful. The hotel is clean, all necessary items are provided (even toothbrushes). A shower head has a great water pressure. Having a coin laundry machine at the bottom was pretty convenient. The area in which the hotel is located is peaceful and not crowdy. The rooms are a bit small - but it seems to be normal in Japan

Staff was super nice. Location was not too bad. Subway was a block away and others train stations were within walking distance. A little small and there was only one elevator.

The hotel was very good. Amenities good. Staff was pleasant. The main issue I had was there was a very strong sewer odour emanating from my washroom/toilet. Luckily, if I kept the door closed it did not permeate the room but it meant the smell stayed intense in the washroom.

We loved the place, very quiet and peaceful. We felt like we were at home. My wife will miss the 7-Eleven across the street, since she went there every morning for coffee and breakfast for the 5 days we stayed there. We liked everything, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I just say to have a better scale for guest who want to weigh their luggage.
