Staff are super friendly and nice, the self checkout is fast and easy, they have luggage delivery There was a crazy person shouting in front of the hotel every hour or two (luckily he slept regular hours so he didn’t keep us awake at night). There is only one elevator and it was under maintenance, meaning we had to use it whole it smelled full of paint, i think its scheduled to finish march 2026

The beds were particularly soft, offering no support. Maybe workable for a night or two, but not longer than that, if you want to be kind to your back. In the end, i had to buy an inflatable camping mattress to lay on top of the bed, to make it workable for my 10 day stay.

The place were the hotel is situated was a discovery: not the place of Tokyo to visit, but an interesting neighbourhood. It is in fact a bit far from Tokyo station. Rooms are quite small... and being on the 10th floor is a pain when there is only one elevator to move. Beware, there are two hotels with basically the same name.

Good location. Beautiful and clean, well maintained rooms. Includes breakfast which is large sandwich, drink of your choice and a small yogurt dessert. Room is very small. I like and appreciated it, but it could be uncomfortable for some people.

The location was topnotch! Its hard to control the AC, since its centralized. The room gets too hot and uncomfortable.

It was walking distance to the trains Way too small . Not exactly what it looks like in the pictures . There’s a few different locations on the same street so please be careful when you book .

The location is not that good, the desk ladies aren't speaking English well and it was very hard to understand them and explain to them if needed something

The lobby AC was very weak, no currency exchange or coin laundry on site - the laundry service they offer was very expensive. No ice machine. The room ac have slight issues, I could smell the humidity in the air, even with bathroom door closed at all time, at times, it caused the room mirror to fogged up, it was weird. Maybe because the middle of the building is an open space, so the humidity slipped in through the door?
