A lobby with a few chairs. Quiter neighborhood at night for moreeaceful sleeing.Did the trick.

Very near Roppingi station. Family Mart and other shops and restaurants are just around the corner. Nothing big deal for me. I have stayed in Apa Hotel chain several times and already know what to expect. Room is small, there is no closet.

The staff were immediately great overall, facilitating are clean and comfortable as usually in APA hotels; Location is perfect - Familymart across the street, Roppongi metro station is 3 minutes walk, huge shopping center is 4minutes walk; Nothing

I was very disappointed that I have been staying in this same here for the past 2 years almost every month with My son. but a front desk clerk asking my 13y old son to provide his passport ?even My son is a Japanese moreover he has ask me fill a form with His name which I did. I was very disappointed & felt the RACIST!!! from this Young front clerk. this property don't even have any data or records recognition of repeated Guest staying at this property. Check The names and My records APA HOTEL!! It is also very embarrassing since I am also working for a Hotel.

The staff was completely helpful and polite. The room was clean and the property is well maintained. It is also close so to a lot of dining options. This property has a central heating unit. I probably didn't understand it if was listed that way. You can open the window for cool air, but there is a lot of noise in this part of town. The staff did offer a cooling unit, which helped a little. I would choose a different property next time, but only because of the heating / cooling issues.

Close to a metro station, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. I liked everything about the property. Would stay there again.

Check in and out process was very easy and they give you new towels everyday also the location. Room very small and there was hair on the bed and the pillow looked used but they did give us a new no questions asked.

Quick check-in with APA card. Good location to main Roppongi treets, bars and restaurants, with convenience store nearby (Famima). Very comfy bed and pillows. Usual facilities in bathroom. Wifi - easy log on and good speed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean. The rooms are very small, not ideal for 2 people.

room smelled smoke a bit even though it was a nonsmoking room. staff changed my room, but there was not that much difference, so that went to minus for Cleanliness

Location - Noise: This so-called "business" hotel seems to actually be a love hotel. Every night, drunk couples come in to do the deed, and you can hear everything in the hallway. - Elevator: There is only one elevator for the entire hotel. It’s absurd. Sometimes you have to wait several minutes just to get to your room or leave. They even have “rush hour” warnings posted and ask you to plan when you get to your room. Is this a joke? - Staircase: The staircase is blocked, so you are forced to take the elevator. There are stairs, but they’re behind the emergency exit. Why not keep them open so guests can use the stairs instead of waiting 5 minutes for the single elevator shared by hundreds of guests? - Space: There is no space to put your luggage. The bed is high from the floor, so technically there should be space to put things underneath, but it’s blocked off by a wooden slab. I thought the Japanese were masters of space efficiency — but not at this APA Hotel. - Price: There is nothing luxurious about this APA Hotel. It is completely overpriced.
