Great amenities, nice room, and staff is very friendly and helpful. Right across from Shinagawa Seaside station, which was helpful for us to get around the city.

Love that it's near the Aeon dept store - everything we need is there! Rooms are cleaned every day. Some staff do not appear friendly. The smoking rooms are not pleasant smelling.

There's a direct bus to the airport that leaves from just down the road, which was helpful for our early morning flight. The hotel itself was great, and the staff were lovely.

It’s very near the station and the airport. The room is also big compared to other hotels in tokyo I only stayed for 8hrs overnight because my flight is so early so I don’t have much to comment

Please train ALL staff to speak the english language more clearly. Your hotel has a lot of guests that are non japanese and so it will really be a big help if english is spoken very clearly in order to facilitate better understanding and transaction is way faster. Thank you very much ahead. The difficulty in transaction with the staff. The english is a little tight
