Great staff and room was clean. Location is quiet, but not too far from the Shimbashi action. The room was nice but slightly smaller than I expected based on the photos. The breakfast needed a little more western options.

This was the second time I’ve stayed here, and it’s always a pleasure. It’s in a quieter part of town, but a good happy medium between all the lively parts of town and transport to the airport (a fifteen minute walk straight to the express monorail). The rooms are comfortable, clean, and stylish, and the matcha theme is fun. Would stay a third time!

The toilet (toto washlet) was great, working without any problem, and it was clean. There is a medium size wardrobe which you may put your staff inside. The location was close to the metro stations about 5 to 10 minutes. The breakfast was wonferful. The staff was friendly and supporting. The shampoo and body lotion with green tea aroma were really good and made us relaxing after taking shower. The pillows are not comfortable enough.

We liked everything about this hotel. It truly was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan. The rooms and facilities were very clean and the rooms are efficiently designed. The cafe on the first floor is wonderful (great matcha, tea, and food) and the staff both at the cafe and hotel are amazing. The location is also ideal (a little quieter with access to many transit options). We liked everything about this hotel.

Very clean, good location - 10 min walk to metro, and overall pleasant staff. Excellent spot for matcha and green tea. Breakfast selection is quite limited.

Nice property and it was clean. We had some headphones taken out of our room when we asked them to clean it. No one wanted to help us or give us an answer.
