Amazing hotel, fantastic staff, excellent quiet neighborhood Nothing it was perfect

Clean, friendly service

staff was great, design cool, very large rooms and a nice area to stay in with trains in very close walking distance. After seeing this hyped up a lot I guess I expected a bit more. I don’t think the price really reflects the value. I love how the rooms are styled and they’re big for Tokyo but other than that it’s a very simple hotel stay that’s quite expensive.

Fantastic, worth of money

Nice property, great service.

Beautiful hotel, loved the atmosphere and the staff were very welcoming and kind. Highly recommend!

The room was comfortable and spacious. Good bed. Good bathroom. Breakfast good but a little light in the options. I like the location- close enough to the center without being in the center. Like a lot of boutique hotels these days- lighting could be better. Not a fan of concrete floors but otherwise really liked the place.

The decor and layout were great. For the cost of the property, similar places include breakfast and access to onsen/spas.

The design choices of the hotel were gorgeous, room was spotless and comfortable. Lots of space in comparison to other Tokyo hotels. Loved the location and neighborhood and the service was warm and friendly. Nothing!

Incredible high ceilings and fund design. The lights in our room were a bit too dark.

Best experience, best location, clean and fresh, best stuff, highly recommended

Exceptional

The room was fantastic. The staff was so nice. The location was safe but just not near much.

The unique interior design and decor. The bathroom was especially fantastic with the bathtub. Extra-high ceiling creates a unique space yet the fixtures are well incorporated. Excellent. The bathroom floor has a slight step to separate the bath and shower areas. With the tiles being slippery when wet, the extra step might be a bit of a risk to trip over.

Beautiful stunning rooms. Very well equipped with gorgeous self care products. View of carpark not what we expected for price we paid. Arrived 9pm so maybe our room was taken with street view as per booking

don’t hav much choice in breakfast.
