We absolutely loved our time at Hotel Monterey Ginza! The location is fantastic, perfectly situated and surrounded by many excellent restaurants. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming—they truly go above and beyond, even helping us with umbrellas on rainy days, which was such a thoughtful touch.The room was great and we had absolutely no complaints about it. To top it all off, the breakfast was magnificent and gave us the perfect start to our days. Tokyo is a beautiful city, and this hotel made our visit even more special. We highly recommend it!

The location is very good. It’s an expensive area, but it’s really central and you have a lot of options moving around. Tokyo station is also just a short walk away. Clean and tidy, friendly and good English speaking staff in the reception. All in all a really nice and clean hotel, but it’s starting to get old, so a renovation should probably soon be topic, but not a deal breaker at all.

Great location The sound proof/isolation isn’t good. The peoples stayed next to my room constantly making noises around 11pm, 1am, 3am and earlier in the mornings for my whole trip but there was no room for me to change

Good place to stay Bed was up against wall on one side. Claustrophobic for myself sleeping next to wall. Bed could be turned towards other wall to allow both people easier assess in and out of bed from both sides. We did not eat breakfast here due to expensive.

We only stayed one night but we found the hotel comfortable and in a great location. It was quiet and the room was a decent size for a Japanese hotel room. I would stay again if in the Ginza area!

The location is awesome and it's very accessible to most of the shopping malls and restaurants near Ginza! Room is spacious compared to most Tokyo hotels for this price. Transportation wise it's amazing, the hotel is close to Ginza, Hibiya and Asakusa line, which is especially convenient travelling from the airports. Also the complimentary sheet masks and eyemasks are nice!

The location is great, and it is near to Ginza line as well as the Asakusa and Hibiya line, near to 2 stations. Comforatble bed, room was a little small, and the luggage rest is very small for my cabin bag! i had to open my bag on the floor. Otherwise all good. Good quality toiletries and pyjamas are appreciated. oh they also provide with masks etc at check in, that was much appreciated too. The shower while very powerful pressure, it was not adjustable, so when you shower water tends to seeps out of the bathturb as the water hits the wall...i had to lay out the shower curtain and prod the toiletries on it so that it blocks the water sprays from the wall and would not budge.

Location I Ginza is gray with trains, shops and restaurants nearby. Easy and enjoyable area to stroll. Hotel is old and rooms are small. Lobby not so nice either.

Good location close to JR, Metro, and restaurants. A convenience store is right across the road. The room was small but exceptionally clean and on the back side of the hotel it was very quiet.. There was a bit of a line to check in right after the 3 PM check-in time.
