The Hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood, there is a train station at about five minutes walking from the hotel connecting the area to the principal touristic places in Tokyo. Very close to the hotel you have a western style cafe and a brewing bar, besides there are several restaurants at walking distance from the hotel. There are also small markets to get food for breakfast or snacks. Overall the area is very safe at all times. nothing, everything was perfect to my family.

Staff very responsive via Booking.com chat regarding logistics with baggage delivery service. Very friendly and professional, outlined all features of the hotel (vending machine, ordering breakfast, extra amenities). Room was very clean and spacious, even with three beds and their own little night stands!

Very easy to get to from 2 train stations. Clean and a lot of amenities provided. The room next to us had some really noisy children that we could hear through the walls. Not much to be done about it though.

Value for money and spacious vs most rooms in Japan Nearest combini is a 5-6 min walk, but all good. That's the only downside.

HOTEL: We were recommended this hotel by a family member. The room was comfortable and clean. There were complimentary bathroom accessories available eg. toothbrush, hairbrush, etc. The location is quiet and close enough to the train station for getting around easily. It was also close to the river if you like to take walks along the river. Staff were friendly, and the laundry facilities in the hotel was handy. LOCAL CAFE: The hotel is on the same street as an AMAZING cafe called IKI which has a warm and cozy vibe. The food is delicious! The coffee and matcha is amazing!! We visited the cafe multiple times during our stay cos it was soooo good! (They have one small cafe on the same street and then a larger cafe about 400m away (5 mins walk) close to the river. It's a hidden gem, but a 'must visit' cafe. There was also a McDonalds at the end of the street and multiple convenience stores nearby. The hallway on our floor smelt a little musty so I'm guessing the carpets could do with a regular shampoo and clean to get rid of the smell. (Note: Our room was fine, it just seemed to be the hallway.) The room didn't have a clothes iron, you had go down to reception to get one for a timed period before returning it.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and decided to come back. Everything was good again. The only small downside is that check-in is strictly from 3 PM. It’s not a big issue though, you can easily spend some time walking around the area. Overall, a pleasant stay and I’d happily stay here again. If it were possible to check in a bit earlier, it would be ideal.
