Clean and close to Ueno zoo, Ameyokocho market, Ueno station. A+! Renovation so a bit of hammer noise.

Close to train station and Ameyoko. Old furniture, room was too narrow for three people, we could hear noisy drunk people outside late at night.

The location. It is really next door to Ueno station and one can walk to Ueno park from the hotel (after one gets rid off the shock from seeing the railway station which is very vast). The breakfast was superb (a lot of food and a more than filling meal.) I was on the second floor and the room I had was just opposite to the street. So I had to keep my curtains drawn for privacy.

The location was good, right next to Ueno station which was very convenient. The room met our expectations and was clean.

Perfect location, just in front of the train station in Ueno. Very small room but very clean and equipped with everything. Comfortable bed. Everything clean.Very helpful staff. You can leave your luggage for a couple of days if you want to go out of Tokyo, which is very useful. Could be cheaper...

Great hotel in Ueno, perfect for a short stay after arriving in Japan. I stayed here with my daughter before continuing to our next destination. The location is excellent, very convenient for transport and exploring the area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and well maintained. A comfortable and pleasant start to our trip. Nothing specific to mention. Usually we do not like very noisy areas, and Ueno can be quite lively, but it was still perfectly fine. We stayed on a higher floor, which helped a lot, so noise was not really a problem at all.

The hotel is located literally right outside Ueno station (via the Asakusa exit), and it's not far from the restaurants and shops in the area. It's a tiny room — which I didn't mind, because it meets my expectations of a business hotel — but guests with a lot of luggage with them may want to keep this in mind.

location was great! the internet wifi was not good at all. This was disappointing.

The hotel is literally outside the station which is super convenient. They accept late check-in and they also allow luggage storage even before and after you check in and check out. The staff are friendly as well :) The flush on our room is working but not able to flush everything in one go. You have to flush a few times.
