There is a luggage elevator in case your luggage is too heavy to carry up the stairs. Room was quite clean and there were sufficient plugs. Didnt have a lot of space to put my lugagge, but that's expected of a single room so not many grievances there.

We had 2 connected rooms, each with a bathroom, just perfect for a family of 4, which included 2 teenagers. We stayed only 1 night, but we still had a nice Japanese sleeping gown included, which made the sleep an experience. Everything worked as expected. Nothing to complain about in particular.

Staff was very friendly and the room was fine - trust the pictures. It was clean and the location was good. Wifi was awful and the luggage cart didn't work when we arrived so we had to carry our luggage down the stairs. The rooms are VERY small and the bathroom tighter than a cruise ship. We barely had room for our luggage quite literally.

It's my second time staying here because I had a great experience the first time, and it met my expectations again. The location is fantastic, with direct transit to both Haneda and Narita airports. The japanese-style breakfast is exceptional. The Ningyocho location is great with lots of small shops and restaurants nearby. The charging cable and USB plugs are very convenient. The bed is a bit stiff. There's noise from the hallways in the mornings.

The breakfast was good and the location was to my liking, minutes to the subway and a Lawsons, Family Mart and 7Eleven. Also close to a few local restaurants. The location was good however for paying what amounts to 262.8 per night for 2 adults and a child, the room was tiny and cramped and in my personal opinion not worth the cost

There are only 2 available menu options for breakfast (actually there are 3 but one is strange). Good taste but can become boring after few days. Also, the room is very small

Location. Easy walk to train station. You can also walk to Akihabara and Ginza from the hotel. Not close but doable.

I like the politeness of the staff, the convenience of the washing machine cum dryer, and the location of the hotel. You also have a couple of small items at your disposal all the time (hair comb, brush, and other things), which I think is nice. Rooms are excruciatingly small, even for a single suitcase. I didn't like the fact that I had to place my suitcase into a rolling platform to get to the checkin counter. The extra hassle isn't worth it.

We had our luggage sent to this hotel and they held it for us. This location is perfect - very close to multiple convenience stores and the station. We would definitely stay here again due to the location and cleanliness.

Welcoming ice cream was so great! I loved the staff very helpful and nice 7/24 active at the reception. Quiet and comfortable room was very clean. Many items to be used for complimentary, i used bath fragrances. Place is near to convenience store and metro.

Small room for our luggages ended up packing in the corridor outside the room because luggages wont fit inside the room for two people Size of the room and breakfast only has 3 optoions

Bed and shower were good Location was awful, as the streets surrounding the hotel were filled with trash and litter, aswell as lots of people smoking and spitting just onto the road. The kitchen seemed like it was cleaned, as it had visible dirt and stains on some of the untensils.

The staff was very helpful and kind, the room was full of amenities, the breakfast was great, it is close enough to Akihabara and there are many restaurants nearby. For the cost, this was a very surprisingly good hotel. The room itself was a bit narrow, but for the price it was more than enough.

Everything. It is close to the subway, close to convenience stores. The hotel is clea and staff are very friendly. Breakfast is amazing. They provide toiletries and other stuff. Best thing also is they offer luggage shipping. None

Small room and the hotel is quite old but the room is clean and it’s in a really good location to go anywhere in Tokyo There are just 2 washing machines and one is broken while I was staying
