The hotel is in a convenient location, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and the Yamanote JR train line, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay, which made for a pleasant experience. Although the rooms are very small, they are very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, but I would have liked to see more variety on the menu. Although the selection was limited, everything we tried was fresh and tasty.

Location was great. Close to public transport and plentiful restaurants. Our welcome was disappointing. Staff seemed grumpy and uninterested.

Excellent location close to Ueno station, Skyliner stop from Narita, Asakusa, Akihabara, shopping… Room was small but very efficient.

The service of the staff was excellent. Despite us not able to speak Japanese, the staff was patient with us around all questions and inquiries, most importantly made us feel like home. The location was excellent, and very close to multiple subway line was definitely a positive. The ameyoko street was near by and very lively with locals and tourists, it was the exact kind of environment we wanted to be in where it was not as busy and tourist driven like shinjuku, Shibuya etc. but has its charm with local salary man having fun at local Izakaya. Breakfast could be busy depending on time of visit as the cafe is relatively small but the staff working there were extremely efficient and made everything very easy from ordering to self serving drinks etc. the fact that the hotel rate included breakfast in itself was already worth it. Saved our family daily 7-11, family mart visits.

Thankful they allowed us to check in earlier than 3pm. Front desk staff were accomodating and communicates well in English. Though they have quite what you need, the rooms are old and needs an upgrade. We arrived in our room with broken AC unit though they managed to fix it by night. One of the housekeeping personnel was quite of a grumpy. I asked him if he can help check the AC unit since he was in our floor. Instead of answering politely, he responded in irritated tone and said “i cant do that. Call front desk.” He could’ve responded in a polite tone since I asked politely IF he could. Price point is quite high for the hotel’s physical condition. If you are particular with clean smelling room, modern facilities, this hotel isn’t for you. But if you want a hotel near to somewhere you can enjoy local food, shopping and station, this is fine. Just manage your expectation.

Just like other similar price range hotels in the area. As expected experience. Internet wifi speed was about 250 Mbps. No disruption and no downtime. Room size and layout is just enough without much space left to move around. There are two things stand out. One is towel is thicker and fluffier. Another is toilet paper is thicker too. It is almost the same thickness you expect in the US. Older building. Needs more up keep in the room. Toilet was older model. It flushes from all around the bowel and water splashes.
