Staff was very helpful and went above and beyond. Good location near the train station. The stairs to the station was a lot but that is normal for most stations so not really a draw back , great exercise.

The temperature control was individual by room so I was able to set my room temperature to something comfortable for me. The location was very close to Ningyocho Station, and a reasonable 15-ish minutes walk to Tokyo Station, with lots of restaurant options and convenience stores all around. Room setup was very basic, reminiscent of a college dorm room. Reasonable for one-night stay though.

They had smoking rooms. It was an ok hotel for the location and the price.

location is great with direct train services (Keisei line) to and from both Narita and Haneda airports. The neighborhood is great with many Japanese style eateries. The room size is a bit small (but normal for such budget-friendly hotels catering to short-term/over-night business stays).

Great location-just a minutes walk to the closest subway. The room was small as expected but had everything I needed. The breakfast was more what I assume is traditional Japanese so not so much my style as a westerner, but nothing was actually wrong with it.

My room had everything I needed : a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, a little table and seat, a fridge and kettle. There are some things you can get from the hotel like a toothbrush, razor, green tea, etc. They come clean every 2 days (but you can choose to ask for cleaning or not if you want just by sticking a message on your door). The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is good, not in the most popular neighbourhood but it's very quiet and there is a lot of public transport in walking distance. Also close to Tokyo Station, 10-15 min by foot. Can't find anything ! I really had an amazing stay! I must say that I booked a double room because it was the cheapest when booking and it was big enough for me but I can imagine a single room being small. But it's the standard in Tokyo so not a surprise. I was very happy with the space in my room.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, which made all the difference. The location couldn’t have been better – right in the heart of everything, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, especially the bed – one of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in a while. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean. Room does not have a bad or funny smell like other hotels for this grade in Tokyo. Room is small but efficiently designed. They at first refused to give me a qualified invoice for me to file for my work reimbursement. I had to almost beg for it. They finally gave in. Took only 5 minutes.

The smoking room is directly connected to the lobby, and the smell is everywhere, from the lobby all the way into the elevator. It's really a shame as I wish to enjoy the public space at the lobby and possibly fetch some free drinks, but I couldn't stay there any longer than needed.

I love the comfort and the worthiness of the value compared to the facilities. It’s near convenient stores and train station. I love how the lights are set up with various functions. The space is limited but spacious enough for one with regarding economical savings. Also love the breakfast with lots of choices, healthy and delicious. And the staffs are super helpful and plenty. Actually I can smell the smoke at the lobby from the smoking area perhaps, so that could be an improvement later.

I like the breakfast so much that was so good. Especially my favourite one was Kyushu-style breakfast. The Kyushu-style main meal of the breakfast varies every morning and I looked forward to it each night. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

It closes to the 2 main metro/ train lines. It’s convenient to many places downtown. Also, the breakfast is recommended if you want to try local style meals.

The duty and old carpet should been replaced to new ones.
