remm Akihabara

The location is really great. In the heart of Akihabara. We felt so welcomed and great there. It is near the train station and the area is very nice as well. We will come back for sure NA

Right on top of both Akihabara stations and an easy walk to Chuo dori. Great breakfast included and very comfortable bed and bathroom. Reception check-in was very easy due to assistance from the front desk with an automated check-in console. No room to lay out a suitcase except on the bed, and minimal space to hang things up.

Shower curtain by a window is odd

מיקום מטורף, נוח ממש יציאה כל בוקר לרכבת ליד סטארבקס לוסון וממול פמלי מארט. הכל באמת סהכ מושלם כל התלונות זה רק לידע כללי. נוף מטורף מהחלון יש 2 מעליות מהקרקע וכל פעם עוצר בקומה 6 איפה שהלובי אבל זה מבאס כל פעם לחכות לכלום, החדר בגודל קטן קצת קשה להתנהל שם כי אין כלכך מקום למזוודה אבל זה ידוע מראש ורשום.

Nothing to complain about

Good for a few nights. Close to train station. Clean and Lovely staff. Very very small room, but i knew that when booking. For two nights it was fine.

Laundry services on site were easy to use, staff were kind and helpful. The room was a bit pricey for what you get, rooms are smaller than they appear in photos and not the most comfortable.

The room was modern and clean. The location was right in the heart of Akihabara, making shopping a breeze. It was one of my favourite hotels on my holiday in Japan. There was no vending machine on most floors when there was ment to be. Going down, 1 of the 3 elevators only stopped on the reception floor, so you would have to get off then wait for another elevator to go to the ground floor.

Great location, right next to train station Small, mostly a place to spend a night after enjoying Tokyo all day long.

Very nice area, right next to Akihabara station. We loved the neighborhood. We also had a mall right next to it, a Lawson and whatever else there was needed. The rooms were clean and nice, smaller in size but that’s rather common. Staff was very helpful as. Good value for the money. Very cute detail, in the reception they had a plant of some sort, where you could write your wishes and hang it in there. It’s our second time here, and we will for sure come back!

We stayed here for the second time, and we will definitely choose this hotel again if we come back to Japan. We love the location.

Hotel was great, very comfortable and clean, location was excellent, right above the JR Akihabara station.

Best location

Nice city views from the 13th floor. Proper curtain to darken the room for jetlag. Excellent location, access to Lawson and other stores without getting wet and could reach two Pokemon Go gyms from our room. Had all the necessities like a Micro USB cable we forgot to take to recharge our power banks, and a vending machine in the hallway. We were able to leave our luggage to the reception before check-in. Room was very small for an adult and a child; could not really even open our suitcase. We did not need room cleaning during our one week stay, but still got a phone call almost every morning asking if they can come and clean. My son got sick during our stay and it was hard to convince the staff that we really don’t even want the cleaning, but they apparently had to do it every three days.

Location None

I left a membership card on the card slot by the door to keep the power on in the room without the use of the key card. I accidentally left the card in the slot before heading out for the day and the housekeeper came in the room and cleaned my room. When I came back in the night, I noticed that the card was gone from the slot. I spoke to front desk about my missing card and they told me that they spoke to the housekeeper who cleaned my room and the housekeeper said that they left the card in the slot. but why wasn’t it in the slot when I came back from going out the entire day? I knew I forgot the card on the slot cause I didn’t have it when I went to the store to use my membership card that same day. I enjoyed my stay for the most part in this hotel, but that situation was very upsetting and in the end, my card was never found.

Location and staff, they are very friendly. The rooms were small, pretty typical for Tokyo but I wish that the beds had been elevated so we could store our luggage there. There wasn’t much room to spare already. Also didn’t like that the bathroom wall was made of glass separating the bathroom and the room. If you have to use the bathroom at night and turn the lights on the whole room lights up through the curtain.
