Staff were friendly I dont get that its 4 stars hotel and there are no facilities such as gym,pool ..ext I asked for a trolly for the luggage and they asked me to come and pick the trolly from the reception :s Breakfast was poor not worth to book the room with breakfast The noise from outside was bad

Beautiful, large room - definitely the biggest we've stayed in whilst in Tokyo. Massage chair in room was handy after all the steps we did each day. Bed was comfortable and a good size for two people. It was nice to have a sitting area overlooking Tokyo. Location was walking distance to a few train stations, convenience store downstairs and Don Quijote across the road.

The location is quiet and convenient with short distances to Ginza major shopping streets, a variety of restaurants, and public transportation. We really liked that there was a 7 Eleven right around the corner. The room was clean and comfortable with nice amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The double room was a bit small which was typical in the major city areas in Japan. It was hard to fit large suitcases. The other inconvenience for us was no laundry facility in the hotel.

Excellent location in Ginza with easy access to Shimbashi Station, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was very clean, modern, and surprisingly comfortable for Tokyo. I especially loved the blackout curtains, comfortable bed, massage chair in the room, and the luggage scale provided at the lobby (2F), which was very convenient before flying home. The shampoo, conditioner, and bath amenities were also amazing and felt very premium. The room size was a little compact, which is common in Tokyo hotels.
