After staying for five nughts, we asked to extend the check out by two hours, and they asked for a fee. Irritating!

We stay here often and the only thing I don’t like is getting our luggage into and out of the hotel. Minor inconvenience as everything else is great.

I like the breakfast buffet, and the bed is pretty comfortable. The hotel is clean and seems like a nice location. I don’t like that there is no switch to turn off the light in the entryway. Seems you have to remove your room key from the box that keeps the lights and room temperature functioning in order to turn it off. It’s just that it disrupts your sleep.

Washer. Very quiet. Great breakfast. Light illuminated from AC was very bright. Refrigerator didn’t work. Very high step into bathroom with little room to enter at foot of bed.

The room was disgusting. The room looked as if it had not been clean for a while. The room was not consistent as the images posted. Realization was the photos were outdated. Also their location was far from relaxing with little safety for guests. The access to the building and floors can be reached by anyone who is not a guest. I could hear people coming in and out during the night who were clearly intoxicated.

It’s a quiet place and closed to the train station. the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The lights are a little bit dark. It needs more lights in the room.

Staff members are kind and breakfast was really good. Toilet had to separate curtain by default so my date who I only just met saw me pooping and that was awkward.

I had someone else's trash in my trash can and dirty napkins next to my bed. It's almost like they forgot to clean my room before I arrived. I also didn't like that I couldn't turn the reading light off

Got the Japanese style room and it was so comfy/clean/luxurious amenities - even has a washing/dryer machine combo. Breakfast was excellent

Bar and dining area were lovely. Room was small but comfortable. Staff were lovely. For the love of god. Stop putting interior windows in bathrooms.
