the elevator is always very slow

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, being just a 5-minute walk from the metro station. The breakfast is truly exceptional. We also really enjoyed the free open bar available every day from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The hot baths (separated for men and women) were perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. As a fun bonus, the hotel has a cute mini robot that delivers items to guests and makes everyone laugh. They also generously provide plenty of skincare samples.

Great location, just a short walk to Akihabara station. Roomed were small but clean. Friendly staff. Great lounge to relax while waiting for family to get ready in the morning & for a cocktail in the evening. Rooms were small. Bathroom also felt very cramped.

The hotel was in a very convenient location, close to a metro station with easy connections to the rest of Tokyo. It was also within walking distance of the busy Akihabara area. The room was clean and housekeeping was provided daily. The hotel offered complimentary amenities, pajamas, and drinks during happy hour. The staff were friendly, and there was also a public onsen available for guests to use throughout most of the day. The room was quite small, which is generally expected in Tokyo. However, if you are travelling with more than one large suitcase, the space may feel somewhat cramped. In addition, some staff members had limited English proficiency, which occasionally made communication more difficult, particularly regarding services such as luggage forwarding. Nevertheless, it was still possible to arrange what was needed.

The staff were fantastic! Mil welcomed us, and was very attentive. They have a welcome drink service and a great breakfast :) I didn’t have any problems, but future guests should know that the rooms are very small.

Second stay here. Great location and comfortable room (the same one as I got last time!). Staff were friendly and I liked the "happy hour" free drinks and the commitment to sustainability. Nice to get a fresh bottle of water each day too! Some of the information in the room needs updating. There was a mention of room tablet and when I couldn't find it I was worried something had happened so I informed the front desk and was told the tablets were not longer in the room. The TV was a bit temperamental too - sometimes glitching when streaming.

Great location, near trains, shopping malls, lots of food choice around. Facility are great, clean, quiet, the hot spring spoiled us. Staff are so nice and helpful, money exchange machine onsite, you can choose your own pillows. The room is small, can only open one suit case inside and no way to walk, but according to others comments, other hotels are the same?

The Onsen was nice and the lounge was a good space. The rooms were small and awkward. The staff was sort of friendly, but less so than other hotels we stayed at in Japan.

This time we had a 3rd floor room, near the women public bath. It was quit noisy. Room view was also not so great as previously, when we stayed on the one of upper floors. But anyway I find the hotel great.

Great location. Pillow and PJ bar and onsen make for a great night’s sleep. Great breakfast. Rare fresh air opportunity with small deck overlooking the clean canal.

The breakfast was excellent. The best. The staff were super nice and did their best to accommodate us. The location was great too. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms are super small and a bit cramped for 2 people. But we weren't in our rooms much.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The location is perfect and very close to the train station. It’s a cute, compact hotel with everything you need. Although the onsen is small, it’s a great addition. My favorite part is the free alcohol drink bar from 5 PM to 10PM! The staff is lovely, and the hotel is clean. The room is a bit small, but that’s standard for city hotels in Japan. The AC is independent, so you can adjust the temperature yourself. Highly recommended!" 1 small Elevator but we can use stairs instead if not stay high floor , its not a problem
