Modern and very spa like environment

Staff were nice. Close to train station. The pillow you are given is shockingly bad. Do give the option of picking up 1 extra pillow from front desk but the pillows are very small. Bed does not breathe well. Woke up in a sweat constantly. Incredibly small bathroom.

The amenities were amazing with sauna and evening bar daily. Room size is adequate for a 2 bedder and clean. Given the high occupancy coupled with sauna access on certain floors, with only a single lift access waiting time can be long. Room toilets are extremely compact and small, not recommended for bigger size guests.

The location is very convenient, next to Ginza. Plenty of options to go around the city. Laundry and ice machines are available. Only one elevator is available. Long waiting time. But not much a big deal.

I liked that it had an onsen in the hotel. The bed was comfortable and it had a nice happy hour. The staff was lovely. The breakfast didn’t have much variety when staying a few days. The room was quite small not much room to move around or to put a suitcase, but was ok for a single traveler.

The pillow situation was a bit different they offered 4-6 options in for you to grab in the lobby. And the one provided was a hard body pillow

Friendly and helpful staff. Onsen and bar were nice. Appreciated hotel was mindful of the environment and reducing waste. Hotel also in a very accessible and convenient location. Bathroom had a smell and one of the lights in the room wasn't working. Only 1 water bottle provided for 3 person room.

Location was amazing and very convenient for what I wanted to do. Room size was decent enough for me (solo traveler), and all the amenities just made my stay even better. If I ever get to go to Ginza again, I will definitely stay here.

I paid similar price in shibuya area but the room was much bigger. room seems to be a lot cleaner. althought the staff at Super hotel was very freidnly and helpful. But everything is tiny and mostly self-service

I like that it was eco friendly. The staff is exceptional. They will go out of their way to accommodate you. They also speak English. They have a great little juice bar that is open in the evenings, which we took advantage of since we checked in a little late. Location isn't that great. It's quite a walk from Ginza station and a bit hard to find. It's closer to the subway station, Higashi Ginza, however the station in front of the hotel is temporarily closed. I also didn't like the pin codes we had to use to get inside our rooms, and in the bath area (ladies only).

The room size was smaller than I thought it would be.

Loved that I caught a DIRECT train from Narita (some Keisei lines turn into subay lines) ... and exit A7 Higashi Ginza station was right at the front door of the hotel. Bath and welcome drink area lovely places to relax. Area where you choose your own pillow and toiletries was nice in that you get just what you need, nothing wasted or clogging up space on the bathroom counter. Unfortunate that the emergency stairs were labeled for emergency use only, turns out you can use that stairway any time of day and if that was more clear would have led to less elevator congestion AND underscore their eco-friendly theme.

Staff and location Fridge wasnt working
-
Perfect location, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, welcome drinks every night at reception area. Subway entrance literally outside the door!

All Super Hotel Premiers are excellent hotels. As a customer staying for a week, the Onsen closure hours 09:00 - 15:00 are a disadvantage. The hotel needs to be more flexible with open until 11:00

The breakfast selection was really poor, no vegetarian options was available, was offered a soup and a bread only! The soup even had meat! Terrible!

Very good
