Hard to find the entrance to the hotel
-
Free Breakfast, baggage storage after checkout. Right at the Aomonoyokocho train station, close to tourist spot around Tokyo and Convenient place to stay if flying out of Haneda. Aircon fan loud noise
-
The location because it is 2 mins walk to station Not satisfied of cleaning the bathroom

Excellent staff , both receptionist and kitchen staff are the best in Japan . Location is close to airport around 20 minutes good for early morning plane . Just besides station save lots of time . Free excellent coffee and matcha latte , hot and cold water . Breakfast is excellent. If breakfast room is packed then they have takeout tray take to room to eat Nothing Just 1 lift probably need to prepare some time for the waiting when rush hour

Clean, helpful, free coffee all day and breakfast
-
Ideal for late arrival or early departure from Haneda airport. Direct express trains to the airport. Decent rooms and a surprisingly tasty breakfast. The area of the train station has many restaurants and convenient stores.
-
basically everything, thecovenirnce, ,the staff was excellent. cannot think of anything.

The hotel is literally just beside the station. Easy checkin/out. Only one elevator but tolerable. We stayed in the 14th floor so the room was pretty quiet. They have slippers and they change towels everyday. Free breakfast is enough to get you through the day. The have free ice maker and coffee at the pantry/reception area. Staff are helpful in storing luggage before checkin. They have UV treated robes too. Room is big enough to open our two XL luggages, be madiskarte and not maarte. Booked via booking.com at a cheaper rate than other Toyoko Inn branches. Really near Shinagawa so easy to roam around. Plus one train away (KK Line) to/from Narita / Haneda Airport so very convenient. The station has elevator or escalator so no worries with you heavy luggages to bring up/down. 10-min walk from Aeon mall and has nearby 7/11, Lawson/Family Mart. Nothing.

Only one elevator. What will happen in case of break down or maintenance?

-Amazing location – lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and the station is just a 2-minute walk away. -Smooth check-in and check-out – everything is done via machines (though it can get a bit crowded during checkout, so it’s best to go a little earlier). -Delightful breakfast coffee stand – the matcha latte was an excellent treat (though service stops at 10 a.m.). If you’re non-vegetarian, the breakfast options are quite good and filling. -As is common with chain hotels, the rooms are very compact, which makes it quite challenging to open and close suitcases or do packing/unpacking. For the price, you’d expect at least enough space to comfortably open and store two standard-sized suitcases. -Since this is a well-known hotel chain, it would be great if they offered clearly labeled vegetarian or vegan options on the breakfast menu. The staff were kind and helpful in answering our questions, but having English labels and clear markings would make things much easier. -The breakfast time ends too early (at 9 a.m.), and the seating area is quite limited—even compared to other Toyoko Inn locations I’ve stayed at. A few times, we had to take our breakfast back to the room, which was tricky given how small the rooms are. -There is only one elevator, so during checkout and breakfast times, it gets very crowded. It’s common to have to wait for several elevators to go by before you can get in, as they are often full.

2 min to the train station and 7 11. The beds where super hard
-
Conveniently located near the train station. Nothing.
-
everything ,in general , met my expectation . nothing in particular.

They charged 2 adult and one child , But bed and room size very small. Very difficulty for movement also.

We booked this hotel to use the room as a rest space as our flight left after midnight from Haneda. Just note that you can only check in at 4pm. From that perspective it worked out well because the hotel is located at a rail station on the route from central Tokyo to Haneda airport. Literally 20m from the station exit! If you do want to stay here overnight, I suggest light sleepers request a room on the west side, away from the railway station because the sound of trains will keep light sleepers awake. No sound proofing. Other than that, room was typical for a budget hotel. Clean, with enough space but tight nonetheless.
