Maybe position I had a very bad experience staying here. The air conditioner did not work during very cold weather, which made the room unbearable. It was also very difficult to contact the host, and when I asked for help, I received no proper support. I had booked the room for 5 days, but I could not even stay for 1 day because it was far too cold without heating/air conditioning. In the end, I had to cancel and find another place to stay. What made it worse was that I was still charged the full amount, even though I requested at least a partial refund. I plan not to give low feedback if booking.com and owner can resolve the claim seriously but it is totally disappointed. This was extremely disappointing and honestly a terrible experience.

It was comfortable once you made it to the apartment. All the necessities were supplied. It was difficult to find. There are no signs identifying the property.

Good location A bit tired.

Near station No washing machine, be careful with the key is easily broken. 1st time in my experienced. So disappointed, no elevator, no mirror only in the sink. The shower area is too small.

Check in was very easy. The apartment looks nothing like the photos! Don’t trust the photo! Four flights of stairs Room much smaller than advertised

Nothing. It should not be available on booking.com The most disgusting apartment I have ever seen. Stained bedding, dirty linen, mouldy towels, dust everywhere. There was hair everywhere when we got there, pillows has brown stains. A rug under the bed with what appeared to be animal urine. I would not recommend this property to anyone. In fact I urge no one to ever book this place and booking.com site to remove it from being listed. Property refused a refund when I complained and were u reasonable to deal with.

Exceptional

The surrounding convenience is good, and there is an attached kitchen. There is garbage under the bed, the bathroom equipment is hot and cold, and the space is small.
