Good location in relation to access and transportation Quite beaten-up furniture in the room

This hotel was so amazing, can’t say enough good things. The shower was insane (which is weird to comment on but literally the best shower I’ve ever been in), the location is right next to the station so you can get to the hustle and bustle of Tokyo but then come back to a more quiet area. The breakfast was exceptional - they have the famous soufflé pancakes!!! Will 100000 percent be staying here again when we visit Tokyo. My husband and I are used to a king bed but we had a double room - the bed was so comfy and it didn’t even feel small. 711 right in the basement so you don’t have to leave the building 24/7. I cannot stress enough how great the shower was. Nothing - everything was amazing. The rooms are smaller than we are used to in America but this is the biggest room we’ve had in Japan so far.

What I like about the property is the good room layout. Basically, the bathroom is not small like in normal Japanese hotel bathrooms, and it’s not far from the metro or train station, so overall, it’s OK. What I didn’t mention about the property is that the breakfast is not very good. Everything is the same every day, and it’s not tasty or well-presented. Also, the staff is not good. They definitely don’t know how to treat guests, and there are no other facilities that other hotels offer. maybe for future I don’t think I can recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Location, nice clean respectable location with lots near by. Close to train stations and a 13min walk to Shinjuku proper. The 7-11 in basement was super handy. No gym/ spa. Little expensive but the value is there.

Great breakfast buffet and great 7-11 location. Nice Italian and Japanese restaurants The hotel is ready for an update. Chair in bedroom worn out and should be replaced

The breakfast is also very good with a wide selection of food. The grilled mackerel was fresh and tasty. It's a long-ish walk from Shinjuku Station but the Tochomae Station of the Toei Oedo Line and the Nishi shinjuku Station of the Marunouchi Line are nearer and both connect to Shinjuku Station. The Shinjuku Central Park is a short walk away. There is a 7-11 at the basement of the building and an Aeon Food Styles two short blocks away. The twin room we had was (expectedly) small, but not a dealbreaker at all.

loved everything

four. The massage chair in the room as an added bonus after a day of walking/exploring. Loved staying in Shinjuku- hotel was close to Nishi-Shinjuku station, making it easy to explore other areas too.

Rooms were small.

Clean and friendly staff. None

Junior suite was perfect for our family of 4… massage chair in the room was a great bonus after long days walking throughout the city! Great area that is busy and keep our teens entertained when we got back each day. Staff was wonderful and always helpful! Absolutely recommend!

The hotel is in a convenient location in a quiet business district of Shinjuku. It was an 8 min walk to the closest train station or 15-20 min to Shinjuku station. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Bonus that there is a 7-11 in the basement. Nothing

The Hotel was really good better than expected. in overall would suggest to all my friends. The locations was 5-10 mins walk to metro and bus lines. 7/11 and family markt was close enough. i think there was nothing to mention, overall was very pleasant stay

the room was small

Rooms were spacious and very clean, staff was helpful and friendly The location - we would have preferred a hotel closer to the metro station (the walk was about 5 min. but with luggage it becomes annoying)
-
Very comfortable Very clean Very nice bathroom Sometimes communication with staff was difficult
-
Modern technology upgraded The toilets
-
Everything Communication was difficult

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Having a 7-Eleven located directly in the building was extremely convenient for snacks, drinks, breakfast, and any last-minute necessities. Overall, a great base for exploring Tokyo. We would definitely stay here again. Very few negatives to mention. If anything, the rooms are somewhat compact, but this is typical for Tokyo and was not an issue for our stay.
