Conveniently located in Shibuya overlooking the crossing. Great breakfast with views of the city. Rooms and baths are a little dated for the price of the hotel.

The room was so small I couldn't get up from the bad cause it was on the wall.

The staff were pretty friendly, and this hotel is obviously right at the crossing. The biggest benefit was that the bus that goes to Haneda airport starts right there, so that made moving with our luggage on the last day easy It’s a bit pricy for what you get. Rooms maybe feel a bit dated given that price, but if you stay here, it’s probably for the location

It was a little difficult to locate. Even after we checked in the entrance from the ground floor is almost hidden by this door that looks like a wall.

Great location right in the heart of Shibuya - we could see the Shibuya crossing from the windows and it was an unexpected treat to be so close. No ambient noise despite being in the heart of the city - was incredibly quiet for sleeping. We also took the limosine bus back to the airport and that was incredibly convenient, right outside! n/a

Room was not properly cleaned when we checked in. Bathrooms are small and dated, breakfast buffet was pretty limited compared to the other hotels we stayed at

The hotel is in a fantastic location right next to the scramble crossing with plenty of shopping and dining options and direct access to Mark city and metro lines. The room and toilet was a little dated and shabby given the relatively high price you pay for the location. As the hotel seems to be doing very well with high occupancy they need to invest and modernize the rooms.

Access for the airport was easy and great with our luggage. Good sized rooms and breakfast catered for all requirements. The central location was ideal to everyday activities.

Amazing location. I also loved our room on the 19th floor with Shibuya crossing view. Right out the window we got panorama of bright signs that represented quintessential Tokyo for me. Room was spacious, facilities were well-designed. Close to metro so easy to get to places. Surrounded by so many shops and restaurants. It was perfect for our first trip to Tokyo. There is additional city tax charged on top of hotel fees. Not hotel’s fault. I also didn’t like the single-ply toilet papers.

Location perfect. Wide hallways to the rooms. Room was clean and once in the room it’s quiet from outside noise. Complimentary water bottles at check-in and two more waiting in the room. Breakfast buffet was just right. Price was high but not too crazy. Had I waited last minute the price dropped.
