Nice neet and clean Location

Good location. Accessible. Clean. Comfortable.

Good location, 2 bedroom & 2 washrooms & 2 bathrooms No plates/ dishes & cutlery provided. No room cleaning was done during our 5 night stay. No guidance for where to throw the garbage.

Really small rooms but that was the expectation going in. The A/C unit had a moldy smell air blowing out, contacted local staff and was told to blast cold air for a day but still the smell didn't really go away during our stay... may be it was just our room. Had to live through that for 2 nights.

Easy check in, nice design and the elevator definitely helped with all our luggages Little tight for 2 adults and 2 teens but manageable

Clean Clean

The location of the "hotel" was excellent, being very near Higashi Shinjuku subway station. It was also near some good restaurants. The room was small and cramped and though it was sold as a 3 person room, it should only be marketed as a 3 person room if two of those persons are a couple with a child or one parent with two pre-teen children. The "double bed" is not even an American sized double bed, let alone a queen.

The location is excellent. It’s near at the train stations and bus stops. Also near restaurants and groceries. Need bigger comforters esp. on cold weather.

The location is excellent, amenities like patio, lil kitchen, and laundry are all super appreciated in Tokyo Only criticism is that the comforter needs to be bigger to properly cover 2x people sleeping together in a bed

The showers are definitely small, so it won't fit a larger person. There is no kitchen/stove if someone wants to cook. Only one sink to wash hands.

The room was smaller than expected, and only had two beds. This is a pretty minor problem for us since we don't mind doubling up in beds. We just expected things to be a little different based on the pictures.

Two bedrooms, laundry, close to train station, clean

The rooms were clean and efficient upon arrival. The location is quiet and conveniently located near a subway station. There were coin operated laundry facilities on site that were large capacity and provided laundry detergent. We requested extra pillows, (there were one per-person) and were told there were no others available. There was no fresh towels or bed linens during our week stay. We are tall westerners, my husband, adult daughter and I stayed in the apartment and were pretty cramped. The only storage for luggage and shoes are under the beds.

need to provide correct information including room map and size. Open the lights on hallway in front of elevtor. Change the room sheets veryday. So narrow room and no changed bath towel, sheets, no people answer questions. So small show space can no turn boday.

ROOM was Super small, we were 2 adults and 2 kids, the roomwas way too small, beds couldn't accommodate two adults and the bedding was even small. would definitely give this a miss.
