Staff were very helpful and kind. Wide variety of free amenities available. Mattress felt cheap and pillows kept moving out from the pillow covers. Housekeeping is from 10am to 2pm. 10am is way too early for housekeeping and there were no options to postpone it to a later timeslot.

The staff were very helpful during check-in and overal really nice, and most staff spoke english as well, (which for me was a lifesafer). Breakfast was delicious, as a solo traveler the room was perfect size wise and there is a metro station entrance like 2-3 buildings next to the hotel, which was amazing after a long day. The bathtub felt a little small (I am a little taller/bigger than average), so I had to make sure the water wasn't going all over the bathroom when I would take a shower. The location of the hotel, while nice compared to the metro station, compared the rest of the "Tourist" part of the city, for walking was a little too far.

It was clean and comfortable. Literally steps from higashi shinjuku station which takes you everywhere. Quieter side of Shinjuku. Foreign exchange ATM at the lobby with decent rate. Not really dislike but might be a cons for others: some staff don’t speak English well, they clean the rooms every 3 days but can clean more if requested, rooms are small.

Great location, nice room. They really didn't accommodate our feather allergy as well as they said they could. We didn't have enough bedding/pillows.

Steps from Higashi-Shinjuku Station and Lawson Toilet bidet smells

Hotel is steps away from entrance to Higashi-Shinjuku (train) Station. Provided amenities, especially pajamas. Enough room to open luggage. Luggage storage. Concierge booked taxi for us. Toilet has a not pleasant smell.

Clearly a chain for an enterprise travel side of things. Don't expect luxury or big rooms with a big view. The staff was really nice, always prepared to help. Amazing location, 1min from the subway and 15min from Shinjuku station (on foot). Very good overall, you pay what you get.

It is nice. Next to a train station. Good amenities. Good breakfast buffet. Clean overall. Nice staff. The carpet needs to be cleaned better. The toilet papers quality is so bad. Rooms are small, but I heard it is normal in Japan.

Very convenient with nearby 7 Eleven and Family Mart stores and near the Subway train station. So far all is good.

The breakfast is the same everyday, the bed is quite small even for slim people. We did not find the staff as friendly as those in Osaka or Kyoto.

The staff were lovely and the room was clean. It's in a great location with the subway entrance practically next door. Also loved the free amenities provided on the ground floor near the lift, the sheet face masks in particular were a life saver from the cold winter air. The room was a little cramped, my friend and I had to take turns opening our suitcases, getting what we needed and then close them and stand them up again to be able to get from the beds to the bathroom and front door.
