Motel 6 Toledo, OH

Found bedbugs. Bathroom shower, including the curtain, had dog hair everywhere!!

The air conditioning worked fine. The beds were stiff. It was very noisy. The floors and sheets had hair all over them. The bathroom had cockroaches all over. Roaches in the air vents and big roaches that just scattered. Complained and they gave us a different room. Didn't fully refund. Staff was nice at first. We told him there were cockroaches crawling on us and our to month old. He still refused a refund. We took pictures of the roaches in each room with time stamps and the location and he didn't seem surprised that there were roaches downstairs and seemed like he knew about it but when it was upstairs he didn't believe us when we had pictures and the time stamps again. We showed proof and he denied it. Refused to give a handwritten incident report. There are also hookers and prostitutes outside. They also have drug meets that go down there. Never again. " Motel 6 we'll keep the light on for you." yeah they keep the lights on so the roaches won't come out... anywho don't go to motel 6!

The entire property, including our room was filthy and had a poor odor. there was dirty water all over the floor in the hallway. The sheets were stained and had a chunk of dirt on them. The towels were dirty and the tub was so gross I didn’t dare step in it. The floors and all the surfaces were all a bit sticky and there were flies in the hall in the room. It didn’t help that the outer doors were propped open, letting in the bugs and making the property not secure. The mattress was also pretty uncomfortable. I understand that it is an inexpensive property, so I didn’t have high expectations. However, I have stayed at a couple Motel 6’s before and although they were basic and no frills, at least they were clean and safe. This one was neither of those things. I would never stay here again.

We booked in late everybody was great got us in a room helped us relocate in a different room was very nice Jeff shift manager or front desk not sure of his title but if he wasn't a manager he needs to be one help my fiance get the room changed to accommodate what we needed he was very helpful very polite he done an excellent job very very happy with his service

The bathtub was not as clean as it should be and there was a Grey stain on one of the sheets.

NOTHING!!! The drugs dealer across from my room. The early morning banging on the doors as if no room else in the motel. The motel looks like something from a human trafficking movie. It’s creepy

The Wi-Fi didn’t work, the TV reception was spotty at best. The shower tub was slippery and there was no Matt.

Good people No food

I booked a reservation for 1 room with a king bed for two guests. We had issues getting into the room assigned. We had two different room numbers written down on the envelope with the key card. The front desk staff attempted to fix it, and when that didn’t work, they changed our room to 2 full beds. We were able to get into the room, but it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, air freshener, and other odor. We ended up asking for a refund and decided to continue driving for the night rather than stopping here to rest.

Air conditioning was so loud. It looks like was no working. Only warm air was coming out. There was so much noise from people from 11 pm to 4 am. I couldn’t sleep. My reservation was different and the guy who was attending didn’t looked for names and a guy started yelling because he thought I had his reservation. A whole chaos. Do not enjoy my stay.
