Benners Hotel

All the areas of the hotel downstairs were very relaxing and beautifully appointed. We ate in the bar area, the staff was very friendly and the food delicious! The breakfast area was beautiful as well.

Staff was wonderful and so helpful. Room was large with tub. Great location, can walk to shopping or train/bus stop. Didn’t have any negatives

Lovely hotel, great location, clean large room and bathroom. Lovely bar etc. Car parking nearby in public carpark (payable by ticket machine) Only issue was with the buffet breakfast which i thought was cold from lying there too long ad the selection wasn't the greatest.

It was a perfect place to start my Carrie Camino with St. John’s Church right next-door… The staff was friendly and accommodating. I left a pair of drugstore glasses and they called me and I was able to go back and retrieve them after I ate breakfast. Above and beyond in my opinion! Nothing?

Food was good Room was run down wires hanging out of the wall where a lite once was Windows had a covering on the glass you couldn’t see through? Why I have no idea? Mold in the bathroom, black mold??? Little black would have solved the problem! Older bartender was an as-H-le! While my wife and I were talking to fellow at the pub he rudely told him it was his last beer??? He didn’t like his political views, we were fine with what he had to say and welcomed it!! Do your job and keep your opinions to yourself!

The room was very nice and a good size, beds very nice, great shower in bathroom. The receptionist was quite edgy...not real helpful. Older lady with accent. Parking was a bit tricky and not included as understood. Entrance was on a busy street so a bit hard to get into with luggage...no assistance offered.

Great Staff. Superb price. Centrally located. Super food at the restaurant. Probably the best Caesar Salad I have ever eaten. Ben our server was magnificent. I would absolutely stay there again.

Benners is such a warm and lovely place to stay. Old world and warm welcomes! The staff is excellent as is the location. It has great food and a great pub for food and conversation! A very short walk from the bus and train station and near everything. I wish I could have stayed longer.

This hotel is in an ideal location situated in the centre of the town, within walking distance of all amenities. I made an honest mistake when booking my two rooms and ended up with one (instead of two guests) in one of the double rooms. I immediately contacted the hotel who told me to tell the staff on arrival and that I would be charged for an extra breakfast only. On arrival, the woman at reception INSISTED that the policy was to pay an extra €50 per guest and would not accept any other explanation. Sadly, honesty doesn't pay in Tralee. No parking at the hotel. Breakfast was mediocre.
