The gals who worked the front desk were awesome and represented the hotel extremely well. The pool hours are hardly accessible, perhaps to limit community members at the pool, and required swim caps and the rental of a towel, but so limiting for guests' schedules. The pool was smaller than the picture portrayed it, and, to my understanding, the jacuzzi hasn't been operational in two years. It was the selling point for me, while I was to walk the Kerry Camino to ease the tight muscles. The food was mediocre. I had the chowder, which simply seemed reheated. I had a junior burger meal on the patio and it was rougher than shoe leather, but I ate some because I was famished. When I complained, the manager complained that I should have stopped eating it sooner! He obviously doesn't know post-Camino hunger. The fries were the saving grace. I got a much better kids' cheeseburger at McDonald's. The manager admitted it looked horrible and would talk to the cook - but the cook should have known better than to serve it.

I liked swimming pool and saunas, very hot saunas and pleasant water in swimming pool. Also the place, where the hotel is situated, is very comfortable one, right near the city park with Rose way and near the center of the city I again was asked to tell my bank card number which is wrong and not safety. Receptionist can't ask for number to see, he/she should lead card through terminal. Never had the same situation in other countries. It's break of my rights and insecure for my sensitive information.

All the staff were very nice and friendly, When I got back to the hotel around 11.30pm I couldn't get into my room as the lock wouldn't work, i had to get another room which wasn't as nice, very old.

Great property convenient to Tralee and the Dingle Way.

The location was good. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation and furniture replacement. It could be a 4 star with a little work. I booked a room I liked and got an ugly old room. They did land up fixing it but it shouldn’t be that way.

Clean and comfortable Room was very warm
-
the stay in general was good but the buffet breakfast was a disappointment
-
The room was big and comfortable beds, and all the staff were great. The breakfast was very goog NA
-
The pillows were very hard and the single bed was not very comfortable. No tea or coffee provided although there is room service.
-
The location is great.. .comfortable bed and clean room stayed here several times. Parking included. Nothing. It's a fine hotel. Didn't have breakfast, as it's a buffet .. prefer cooked to order. But that's only my own personal choice.

Location to town was fantastic, good car park, breakfast was great Nothing really, suited or needs
-
Grand big rooms, good breakfast in a great location. Nothing major.
-
The room was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and of course the hotel has a great location. Nothing of any significance.

The location was ideal for all the things you'd want to do or see in Tralee. The restaurant/bar was very convenient. The room was exceptional. We could have used a map of Tralee and what there was to do and see there. The breakfast was mediocre and overpriced.

mattress a little soft
-
Cost of food, had lunch, sees if it doesnt go in the deep fat frier it doesnt go on the plate
-
Reception staff were lovely and hotel was conveniently located in Tralee where we were attending a wedding Hotel itself very outdated and needs a refurb to be brought in line with more modern standards

The location is good as I was planning to walk to Bon Secours Hospital in the morning for a procedure The room was worn, furniture marred and damaged, the bed didn’t match the headboard, the bathroom tub-surround was ready to fall off, plastic cups , no water, no refrigerator (didn’t check room amenities online, my fault), no outlet near the bed, there was some constant noise all night long coming from outside, at 7 am slow methodical banging commenced. I’ve travelled a great deal for work and pleasure, this is one of the poorest choices I can recall.

Location perfect. Very reasonably priced. Comfortable room. Stayed here a few times. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast isn't the best. Not a fan of buffet breakfasts. But that's a personal choice. The overall attention to detail in the decoration through the hotel. The walkway from the carpark could be a bit more inviting, very sterile -a few cushions on the sofas, maybe few pictures on the walls, more plants .

Lovely hotel with old world charm. The outside belies the charm of the interior. Nice bar. Next door to a great Italian restaurant! The restaurant closed at 21:00. The direct train from Dublin got in at 21:00.
