Super room.. Happy about everything. Will be nice to have small fridge in room..
-
Centre of town, room fabulous, staff more than helpful. We will definitely be back.
-
No option for breakfast, the resident bar closed at 10pm and I had to get someone to unlock the gate to get my car out.
-
They could have turned on the heating given the drop in temperature.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The room I was given was in a different building than the main hotel, which was not mentioned at the time of booking. This felt misleading and not what I expected. Additionally, the room appears to be newly constructed, but unfortunately, it had a very strong and unpleasant smell—likely from new paint or materials. It made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, I did not enjoy the experience and would not choose this accommodation again unless improvements are made in transparency and ventilation.

I have stayed at the Annex behind the hotel. It’s quiet and very near any you need, and the bus or train station are a 10 minute walk. I love Tralee and the Imperial! No downsides!
-
Hotel itself looked ok & clean Room in annex accessed through a dodgy looking laneway, very basic, & cheaply done. bed uncomfortable

The girls that checked us in was a great asset to the hotel. We booked breakfast included but there isn’t breakfast. The Anex has paper thin walls made of drywall and no sound proofing . People hang out in the alleyway smoking and urinating. It’s disconcerting when you try to sleep and people are drunk right outside your window.

Very central to the town. The bar closed too early
-
Great place to stay. Needs more wine glasses and a broom. Hot water not easy to operate
-
Stayed in the new Annex building which we preferred as we didn't have to go through reception when coming back late. Highly recommend. It was clean, comfortable and very good for the price.
-
Overall had a brilliant weekend. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the train station and situated right in the heart of the town. We stayed in the annex off the hotel. Newly refurbished and rooms were spotless clean. We had one little issue and the staff were very accommodating and very apologetic.
-
Location was perfect, everything within walking distance Only fault is you can hear everything from other rooms and a lot of outside noise

The girl at reception, polite, helpful and friendly. The room stank of bleach. Poor quality mattress, no sound proofing. Noise all night long.
