This is an exceptional hotel to stay at and one of our favorite's on our recent trip to Ireland. The breakfast was first class as were all the facilities. Staff were so accommodating. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Nothing to fault at this hotel

Front desk staff were first rate Long walk to our room. I am being perhaps a bit picky. Consider putting guests staying only one night closer to the front.

A terrific renovated room in a grand old hotel. Room was wonderful - lovely linens. Breakfast included was great - perfectly done eggs (hard to find). All the staff we dealt with were wonderful - especially the two women at the reception desk - friendly, helpful and fun! Love this hotel! The towels were a little small for such an upscale place.

Room comfort was very good. The front desk, cleaning crew and wait staff were all excellent. I was in 118, and that location next an exit was very noisy. Last week we had a cold spell and I had to ask both days of my stay for the front desk to turn on the heat in my room.

We arrived by bicycle and were met by a man who helped us store our bikes and carried all our luggage up to our floor and put it into our room while we ate in the restaurant. The food was very good in the restaurant.

Location great, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Definitely book there again when visiting Tralee. Can't complain, maybe the guards bagging people the following day on the way our of Tralee.
