House keeping was not great and breakfast was very slim pickings.

The hotel was unique. There was a man-made creek going through a jungle Lake setting. There were many pools on the roof. Also a restaurant bar on the roof. The room its self was so cool. The exotic hardwood used in the furniture, well everywhere. The lighting was unique. Large screen TVs. Large patios. Kitchen. Clean. Great decor. The staff were excellent. We loved it there. Nothing it was perfect.

A beautiful hotel with spacious clean rooms, very comfortable, all the amenities provided, very helpful staff, great rooftop terrace, small but beautiful swimming pool - great place to chill out before dinner - pool was open till 11 pm, great drinks by the pool, very nice breakfast. On top the location is quite unique as you are close to the beach (but need a bicycle - not walkable distance unless prepared to walk for 45 min) and close to the centre of Tulum. The hotel rents bicycles which was wonderful as we used bicycles to go around. There are small restaurants and bars next door (I particularly recommend Casa Sofia - Italian restaurant literally next door) so everything is within reach. The centre of Tulum is about 30 min walk. Tulum is pretty safe, a lot of people are walking or bicycling around till late at night.

The room size is smaller than what the site says if the room is on the first floor or higher, because it has no terrace like the rooms on the ground floor

Breakfast was good but it has room for improvement as it was always the same. Bread was not good...

The staff were very helpful. They have 24 hr staff available at the front desk. The courtyard, lobby and rooftop pool are lovely. The room was large and well ventilated. There are bikes out front that are easy to rent. Many dining options nearby. There was no soap in the lobby bathroom. No coffee or hot water kettle in the room.

Unlike many places in Tulum, the staff here allowed for reasonable requests. I had a night where my key was getting reset due to a booking issue, and they allowed me to sleep in and reset the key on my schedule. They were also graceful with the bikes, allowing me to hold a bike key overnight when I wasn't sure if I would use it the next day or not. The staff was personable and kind. I loved the jungle terrace and everything was super clean and spacious. And riding a bike to the beach is worth it. The bikes were a little shabby, but that was super minor in the scheme of things. I wish there were bathtubs, but that's me being very nitpicky. All in all great value for Tulum.

Beautiful Hotel, very nice rooms. food in the restaurant to purchase was great but the breakfast was a bit lacking.

Pool, views, nice lobby and interior jungle Poor breakfasts and cold coffee
-
The rooms and hallways didn't have much insolation and we could hear the people in the next room who were very loud. Had a horrible sleeps both nights we were there because of the noise.

Good location and good room! Expensive breakfast for what its served.

The location was convenient, between Tulum Center and beach access. Good restaurants and a delicious coffee shop and Italian restaurant just a few feet away. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. We booked massages in the Spa. However, when we arrived, there wasn’t a spa. It was an empty storage space with massage tables set up. There was no privacy and the employee expected us to undress in front of him. We left.

Perfectly located, close to shops, restaurants and the ruins, the beach, etc. Very quiet, clean, the rooftop pools are very nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

everything was great for the price paid including the breakfasts! Mosquitos in the lobby and the scorpion found in my room! Weather also sucked but you can pick your days you just cant pick your weather!

The room was very clean and house keeping came each morning. We arrived in the night and given a paper for each room. Some of my family members stayed in apartments and thought the drinks were complimentary. I think they should have explained that it's there but you got to pay for it.
