Excellent accommodation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Tulum is a wonderful locale. The new airport provides excellent connectivity.
-
Beautiful pool and hotel. Great staff. Rooms a bit small, firm beds but comfortable and very clean. Earthy colours and modern. The hotel is beautiful. Especially the roof top pool. Easy to walk into downtown or rent bikes to ride around. Bars and restaurants close by - fantastic coffee shop next door/in the front garden of complex. People in Tulum very friendly. We went to Gran cenotes and swam with turtles (10 minutes away)! You can download a local app for drivers - ‘Indrive’. Thank you for a great stay Motto Hilton - if I didn’t live so far away (Australia) I would definitely come back! Great hotel no complaints!

Everything. Nothing, was perfect.
-
Only breakfast size and options for amount charged when looking at main menu amount charged would have covered those prices. Next time wont include breakfast in advance.
-
Breakfast very small for the price of the room. One piece of white bread and a crosissant with ham and cheese. Coffee and a Juice. Would expect a Hilton to offer more. Thats the only downside. The rest is brilliant

Great location
-
Nice atmosphere, clean rooms and good facilities. The rooftop is not operated by the hotel, but comfortable. Gym is big and free of charge. Our reservation included one bike per room, easy to use and bike to Tulum Beach.
-
I liked the gym. The pool area looks nice. Staff was friendly at breakfast. Beds. The way they are situated and personally small for me and my partner and she's a size 6/8
-
I like the pool and restaurants around. The hotel is around 4 years old so it’s still comfy and convenient. I came with two kids and the rooms are not the most convenient. At night you can hear music from the bar downstairs.

It was clean comfortable and convenient

Great

The room was quite, and the access to the room/rooftop/breakfast is pretty easy. The breakfast is great even if the offer has not been consistent every day (jam one day, no juice another). Our stay at the Motto was disappointing for several reasons. The room was extremely small and poorly lit, with a 'view' that was nothing more than a brick wall. The layout is unconventional; there isn't a proper bathroom, just separate elements (sink, toilet, and shower) placed around the room. Additionally, no drinking water was provided in the room. There is also misleading information on Booking.com regarding 'free bikes.' It is actually limited to one bike per room; couples must pay 250 pesos/day for a second bike, which is far more expensive than local rental shops (100–150 pesos). Furthermore, while the rooftop is supposedly non-smoking, there is an unsigned central smoking area that allows the smell to drift everywhere. Finally, the Super Bowl event was a letdown due to catastrophic signal issues and lackluster service. Don't expect much in the way of entertainment here—the vibe was quite dull.

pool, decor, courtyard, love having bikes. great location over priced drinks and coffee
-
As the hotel isn’t located by the sea, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation to get to the beach. I would have appreciated having drinking water in the room.
-
the gym was amazing and the pool was great but filled with bugs. none of the food I wanted was available which was a bit weird. I stayed for 5 days and there were still no avocados :( it's okay.

The hotel has great amenities! The rooftop pool and gym are the best I've seen in Tulum. The hotel is located inside Hunab Lifestyle Center so there's a variety of stores, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. They also have exclusive discounts and freebies for guests staying at Motto, you can get free bike rentals and croissants. I would definitely recommend for solo travelers and groups of friends, the room layout is unique and you can connect up to 5 rooms together (so you can have a large suite). Would definitely recommend staying here, I will be back!

I had a great time at Motto Tulum! The hotel is inside the Hunab Lifestyle Center, so you’ve got restaurants, shops, a Liverpool, and even an Apple store right there. Super convenient with no need to go far for food or shopping. Everything is walkable. Just for staying there, we got free bike rentals, coffee and croissants from Campanella, drinks from the outdoor bar, and discounts at some of the shops. The rooftop is next level. Two pools, a bar and restaurant, and a gym with amazing views. Not even kidding, it’s probably the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. It even has an outdoor yoga space!! We were traveling as a group and the front desk team gave us three connecting rooms. The rooms are on the smaller side but you can link up to five of them to make a giant suite. Super clever setup for families or friends.
-
Staff was friendly It’s not what is shown in the pics. Facade was under repair and looked very gloomy and not Hilton standards. Rooms very tiny, bathroom even smaller. Like no room at all.
-
1 voucher for coffee and croissant included at Campanella during my stay. College dorm style. Males from reception arrogant and macho attitude towards female solo travelers. They won’t tell you all the vouchers and coupons you are entitled. Misleading information. Won’t have your room ready for check in time. Denied to change me to a clean room with a proper silent AC during my first night. Didn’t get any sleep while here. Beside noisy AC, cleaning ladies also loud moving stuff next door and entering my room while sleeping.
-
Great location, beautiful décor, amazing terrace, and a good gym. The beds could have been more comfortable, and the AC was blowing directly onto them. It’s a shame that breakfast wasn’t included.
