it was good location the kitchen was offensive. it's not a kitchen. the rooms smell like shit cause the bathrooms are in them. the lockers can barely fit a passport. and there's no room to put your bags. some people slept with their huge backpacks in their beds. the staff didn't understand they were running a hostel. we walked in with a reservation and they looked at us like we had 8 heads. after 45 mins they found our room and tried to put us in beds that already had guests in them. once I received a bed (after getting switched around 4 times) i asked for a pillow and they almost refused. he was furious that he had to get me one. bikes sucked. rent them somewhere else.

Eazy access to all n suoerAki Very cold I'm room

I love how quiet it is when it comes to staff intromission, I mean, one can see their job is done in an excellent manner, yet you never see them, but they seem to appear only when you need them. BLISS! The whole place is meticulously maintained and clean. It helps that it seems to be a relatively new building. The location is great for "Tulum Pueblo". Good restaurant attached, same staff, very nice all of them. Good WiFi nice back patio / garden. Awesome co-working space.

The beds were comfortable and I really liked the curtains. The lockers were spacious. We had the room to ourselves almost the entire time. It’s great that there are two bathrooms in the room. Sometimes it was hard to open the front door. The hostel is really far from the beach but you can rent a bike and be there in no time. Tulum overall is very expensive.

This hostel was simple but had all that we needed. Safe location, quiet night and lovely nature feel about the place. I was also able to walk to the grocery store which was very convenient. Be aware the floors are only accessible by stairs. We didn’t mind being on the third floor, but I thought I would pass that along.

Great spot for spending the night. Super close to the beach and historical zone. Kudos!
-
The location and the privacy The room is very hot and they only turn on the ac from 8pm to 8 or 10 am ( you have to keep asking them to turn it on)beside those hours you can’t sit in the room

Nothing much, it was as neat and clean Bad location, unhelpful staff, bad design of dorms, weird rules

Possibly cheapest hostel in Tulum and location is pretty decent so can’t complain really! And the curtains on the bed are great but necessary in such a big room. Plugs in the lockers a nice touch Check in/out took unnecessarily long, you need to do it inside the restaurant which isn’t clear. I was kept for ages whilst they did other admin, other hostels have a much smoother process. The code on the door changes every day/2 days which is annoying. Lots and lots of rules. As it’s festival season people are coming in late and being annoying, but to be expected with such a big room. Bathrooms can get gross but to be expected with so many people

I liked that each bed has curtains for cover and has an outlet. The lockers have an outlet inside as well. No water pressure in the shower and one of the bathrooms' toilet does not have a seat. There's also no mirror in the bathroom. You also had to rent the towel. When booking online, taxes were already included, but when we got to the hostel, we had to pay more for taxes.

The curtain on the bed, lots room to sit up in the bed without hitting head The beds need a personal light, you can't see anything!! I was charged 30pesos xtra that the taxes displayed while booking, even showed them what the email said my total price was including tax but they still charged more!! Never mentioned about the communal space upstairs,, staff weren't overly friendly or helpful

Puking young people in the middle of the night. Smelly and damp room. Toilet wasn't cleaned every day. Pricing in Tulum is terrible everywhere, even for a hostel. I would advise anyone not to go there unless you opt for one of the beach resorts. The whole place has been taken over by resorts and there is only a tiny piece of public beach left. The ruins alone aren't worth visiting this place, especially with all the scammers around waiting in front.

Friendly staff, 5 min walking distance to super aki, clean and quiet rooms, one of the ideal hostels in Tulum

Really clean, comfortable, & large accommodation. Only free coffee pods for the first night, then you must pay for more.
