Staff was super friendly, upbeat, and very engaged when asking questions about the city.

Food and peaceful environment .mostly staff very friendly special thanks for Denise,Stephanie they were so helpful. Also Bryan is very professional and kind ( Who serve breakfast) I think everthing pretty good .I did not like location very much

Well maintained. That I had to show my passport to check in. A valid form of ID such as driver’s license should be sufficient to check in. You are not at a border nor are you border services. My driver’s license was accepted at every other stay I had.

1. The front desk staff including Vanessa, Karen, Emannuel, etc, and the bar staff was super polite, and friendly. 2. The people I was able to socialize with were awesome. 3. The breakfast was great. 4. A/C in dorms. I dont mean to sound rude or anything, It was a pleasant stay overall, but the experience fell short in numerous ways, and there is scope for improvement as I have been to a lot cheaper hostels that were better. Hence, this is more of a feedback from consumer to business to improve. 1. The cleanliness of the dorms. The wash basins were clogging, there was no door between the shower, and the clothe racks, and it just ended up being pretty messy all the time. 3. The common area couches were very spotty, and messy . I dont know how often they were cleaned, and could totally use pillow covers that can be thrown into the laundry every now, and then. 4. You’re better off renting scooters from outside the hostel. The scooters were pretty beat up. I think they should repair the scooters before renting them to their guests. The scooters were also mot great on gas 5. Last, but very important was the obnoxious DJ sets they were playing EVERY DAY starting 12.00 pm-12.00 am even when there were only 3 people sitting at the bar. I understand its a bar area, and they have to play music, but I feel some lounge music playing at a LOWER volume that could help us talk to each other without having to scream into each other’s ears would have been great. Because of this reason, there were barely anyone wanting to sit in the bar area and socialize. Since its a hostel, they could have focused on organizing more group activities. All from love, no hate❤️

Everything this places is AWESOME The kitchen could use more cooking ítems, specially pots and pans

The room was perfect ! Comfy, quiet and safe. The common areas was very nice and it’s good for a long trip. Laundry area was perfect washer and dryer that you need before scheduling. Emmanuel is very helpful and professional host, I thank him again.

Location is kind of away from the downtown center. Generally people reserve activities as an itinerary for things to do. For example, people reserve cenotes day beforehand. On the other end, the morning activities do not have reservation. I think more people would come if there were a reservation, then other people who haven't reserved can also come. The idea is to put a timeblock reminder for people who reserve, elsewise people are likely to attend other events instead. In my case, I did not attend any of the morning activities because I did not have a reminder for me in place.

Breakfast (vegetarian) options are not great.

Nothing in this disgusting place to like. There are so many problems in this hostel that I won’t even waist my time writing everything down. Manager is overbearing and arrogant. HEADS UP: The tours they will try to sell you are hundreds of pesos more expensive than the ones you can find on the streets, don’t buy anything with them.

Clean with helpful staff. The music was way loud at night. It got progressively louder. The building vibrated til 1.

Wow, this place was designed by someone, who knows any backpacker need. Nice modern design, cool common space, coworking space, activities, kitchen, laundry, comfy beds, big lockers with outlets inside(!), hot showers, towel included.. After check out I had an hour, waiting for my bus and wanted to eat my takeaway. The receptionist didn't let me to go back to the common space, told me to wait in the restaurant. But I couldn't eat my food there. I ended up eating it outside at the stairs. Also their prices for bike rentals were too expensive and only for 12 hours. Its better to rent the bike at some rental shop close by.

Great hostel. Great staff. Great travellers. My second time there and I feel like I'm at a 5 star hotel. The only thing not up to par was the kitchen facilities. One spoon, one dull knife (couldn't cut bread with it), no can opener, one bowl and all the frying pans were warped. All that aside, it was a super hostel.

It's very well designed, comfortable, relaxing, clean and friendly place. Even if it's a bit like young people - party hostel, I like the quiet zone and the black cat there :) I also like the location. The jaguar park and the beaches are close to the place. You can rent a bike or walk there. Definitely I would go again.

Get the green breakfast option, you will NOT be disappointed If you don't watch, they won't give you the happy hour prices. I don't think they do it on purpose, they just get busy and I don't think the system does it automatically. Just check when you're at the bar, they'll gladly adjust it for you.

Emmanuel, Bryan, and Uriel made us feel very welcome! We loved the Halloween activities, the pool, and the design of the rooms and shared spaces. Thank you for the weighted blankets!! So comfy The plumbing was a bit iffy in terms of flushing and hot water.
