It is a comfy hotel near the universities and main areas of the city. Well located and the staff is really helpful and nice. Beds are comfortable and the place is really clean

It’s downtown, super central, close to everything you need. The staff was very helpful and kind. I liked they had Rituals Cosmetics for toiletries. Really nice touch! ?

The breakfast was excellent, the sauna was a reasonable price for private use, the location was walking distance to the main center. I recommend booking a walking tour around Turku. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking was not a problem.

We inadvertently swung by breakfast a bit early and got scolded by one staff member although the others didn't seem to mind.

The parking @ €16 with no guarantee that you would have a parking spot if you left with your car was not a good thing. They did assure us that no charge would be made if we didn't have a place...but...

We had a spacious room with king-size bed. Bathroom was big enough, clean and bright. Room was comfortably furnished and looked quite stylish. Good breakfast! Really nice location if you come to Turku by train. Our window overlooked the courtyard so small that if we have not our curtains shut we observed non-stop some men standing-talking-smoking there and staring at our window. It would be more comfortable if there were light tulle or blinds on the window, so as not to sit with the curtains closed on a bright day. A kettle and a couple of mugs in the room would add 100 comfort to our stay.

Cleanliness was great - they service the rooms every day. Change the towels every day and also make your bed. Staffs are great, really friendly, Breakfast is also awesome. Simple and efficient place. Best location. right in the city center next to aura river. Best for any business trips too.

The service is really good. They are very guest oriented and flexible. Breakfast was good. Bathroom is a bit small.
