Can’t comment as they didn’t respond to my email yet Be careful when using the valet service. My rental car was returned with damage that was not present before I handed it over. I have photos and an inspection report proving the vehicle was undamaged beforehand. I am now facing repair charges from the rental company. Extremely disappointing experience and not what I expected from a luxury hotel.
