Good hotel, excellently located within walking distance of the port or the City of Arts and Sciences, located on a street with restaurants and supermarkets (there is one open until 1 AM). Rooms ok, comfortable beds, daily cleaning in the rooms, the air conditioning worked flawlessly. I was quite disappointed with the breakfast, which was the same every morning and not very varied. 3 types of cheese, 3 types of salami, a vegetable tart, otherwise just pastries, juices and coffee. They didn't have boiled eggs or scrambled eggs any morning, and the cold cuts and cheeses were the same type every day.

Clean and comfortable room. It is an older hotel so rooms could do with a bit of TLC here and there but otherwise good. The staff were super friendly, especially the lady in the breakfast room, which incidentally was very good. Cold meats, cheeses, fruit, pastries, cereal, and more. There was a fridge in the room and a room safe. Our room were cleaned every day. Toiletries in the bathroom. Chair and space to put things. Sockets by the beds. Plenty of bus stops around and walkable to the centre. The closest metro station is on the line that is closed at the moment for repair but It was just a 20 minute walk from Alameda station. We would stay again. The shower temperature fluctuated a lot and we would have liked a kettle in the room but otherwise great.

location is pretty ok. a lot of black mold in bathroom, dirty floors&room, disturbing smell, a.c. is not good enough... breakfast is poor!

We stayed for two nights. Hotel offers everything for a short stay. Location is excellent, bus in the front of the hotel takes you to the beach in 15 minutes. Breakfast was OK. We will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling on the budget to Valencia. We stayed at fifth floor. The A/C was a bit loud, but kept the room cool during the night and day.

We enjoyed being able to cook dinner after weeks of staying with a host family. The cool AC made the space comfortable, and it was nice to relax and spend a great evening with friends. The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave; we would have gladly booked more nights once we found this gem.

The hotel receptionist went out of his way to help me when Google maps took me to the wrong location. Apparently this is a common thing for guests. The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast was extremely limited, had I known I would have eaten elsewhere.
