I have no complaints about the hotel staff — they were friendly and did everything they could in this situation. We were checked into a room with a very strong and horrible sewage smell. The room smelled absolutely awful. They were only able to move us to another room after two days, which means that out of three nights, we spent two in a terrible stench. They also seem to have an issue with towels. The towels smelled as well. Either they are not being washed properly, or they are being stored damp or in a musty room. The new room was good. If we had stayed there from the beginning, my ratings would have been high and the review would have been positive. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. The breakfasts were good, and the standard room and bathroom were a good size. The soundproofing was very good, even though the room faced the main street. The staff were fantastic — very nice, helpful and friendly.

Location is nice: - not too far from anything important - basic needs for a tourist (cafe, supermarket, laundry, transport) are available right by the hotel building - subway is ~7 min away on foot, and the line goes directly to/from airport so no transfer needed unless you're loaded with luggage Breakfast is good enough, though the breakfast zone (which is also the reception zone) may feel crowded at times. Unusual color themes in rooms (as long as you like the color, don't forget to choose one). Bathroom is spacious, as a tall person I can say it's nice when you don't hit anything with your hands when showering, since hotels often try to save on space there. Quality of bath towels is mediocre (I think it's the material used), they don't really work as drying tools that well and they leave a lot of small pieces of lint from the towel on your skin and on the floor. It's irritating to find that out after washing your face and seeing it in the mirror covered in lint.

The hotel staff - Marta, Javi and everyone else who's names we didn't catch - were absolutely wonderful. The breakfast buffet wasn't massive, but it had everything we needed and the quality was very good. The room and bathroom were nice and spacious. The hotel's bike rental service turned out to be the absolute best option to discover Valencia! Strictly personal opinion: I'd put another type of mattress on the bed if it was mine...

Clean and economical Location was good but not exceptional but for the price was worth it. Could have used a few more towels but would not dissuade me from staying again. Would be great if they had a free coffee machine available either in the room or in the lounge area.

The hotel is good located and you can reach the centre of the city by walking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and has everything that you need as a tourist.
