    cleaness

Auto lights in the bathrooms turned off after a short time which meant I was left in the dark and fumbled to find the light switch on countless occasions.

Nice communal area cleaned twice a day. Great kitchen for cooking so I saved money on eating at the hostel. Very friendly staff. The showers were very humid.

Good location, large rooms, well stocked kitchen. Bathrooms were hot and women’s restrooms often ran out of toilet paper. The only sinks were with the toilets so often it was hard to access one or the other during busy times.

Close to everything, clean, great breakfast the A/C didn’t circulate perfectly into the cubby-style beds

You have to go through all floor to get to the bathrooms? Water faucets in the shower, walls look kinda old

    Everything Nothing

Nothing/nada Dirty old building kitchen smells bad. Lack of professionalism and empathy. Lack of communication between employees. Do not trust them!I asked if I could stay for another night they told me yeah no need to make a reservation on booking she made a reservation and asked me to come back in the morning to sign a document and pay which I agreed to, the next day around 10 am I went to pay the employee said that i could keep the same bed in the same room but she asked me to come back to pay at 3 pm cause it’s the time for Check in I agreed for the second time. I went out and they called me to tell me to come to get my things cause the bed is no more available the manager and stuff did not want to to resolve the problem cause they rather give the bed to a group than to keep there word cause words for them mean nothing if you didn’t have a proof I asked them to look and listen to the cameras they said I have to ask the police for that. Worst experience in years of traveling all over the world

One weird thing is when someone walked in the room in a specific place, the beds shook. It's like under the tiles on the floor is hollow. It's pretty irritating, especially when you're sleeping and it wakes you up.

Location of the property was great, very close to city center and also close to wonderful Turia gardens. Staff were super polite. Bed was comfortable, it was in advance given to you when you come, you can't choose it. It was super clean and quiet. Me as a solo traveler girl felt super safe as they have 24h reception open. Breakfast was also very good. We had some big bugs in the room, which made us a bit stressed. Also, I need to replace my bracelet for the room opening 2 times as it didn't work.

Staff The mattress was old and lumpy, not an exciting hostel, ac turned off during the night. Staff said ac had a timer. I woke up during the night bc it was super hot. There is also a timer on the lights int h the e bathroom, so you often take showers with no light at all.

Some of the most fun I’ve had as a solo traveler as well due to the events the hostel put on. Met so many amazing people.

Very cute, great privacy of every bed. Everything was thought to make it convinent for backpackers

There were noises near the room and windows shaking in the wind.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Pretty noisy, but it's a big hostel so that's not uncommon.

Good location, plenty of common spaces, choice of female dorms. It’s quite a party hostel, the singing from the bar doesn’t end til almost midnight.

The location is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In overall, I am satisfied :) Getting on/off the second floor of the bunk bed was a little bit difficult. It was a little bit hot in the room, especially during the midday.

What I liked most about this place besides the awesome location (you're next to what is probably the biggest urban green stretch in the world) is the fact that I could actually sleep. I stayed in 3 different dorm types (some quite older and some bespoke new) and I always found very decent beds and well behaved hostellers. The fact that (most) rooms don't have an ensuite bathroom is a great starting point for that. No one wants a shower and hairdryer on at 4am, or any other snoozing time. The bracelet fob also helps in regards to noise. The staff were all fine from the desk girls to the juicy night guy, to the cleaning ladies. That and more, is management done right I'm personally not a fan of very big hostels. But i would gladly do without the cozy place (and people) vibe in favour of the much needed sleep you need when you most need it. The automated lockers can be fickle and you'll have to cope with people fooling around with them at stupid times, but as they say "hey it's a hostel!". And it's one I would go back to.
