They have a storage for your luggage, so if you cannot check-in yet you can leave it there. And if you check-out and still want to go around the city, you can also leave it there. The elevators are small

Central location, the fact they were very clean and they leave welcome drinks/snacks. Room was small and bed/pillows weren’t great. But it was understandable given the star rating.
